We just find this hotels from the rating of booking as it was from the better in the zone.
The room was really big and spacious.
The problems were just begun..
No one was speaking good English or any other language except polish.. 
The things were solved through google translator..
Only 2 of the 6 windows had a mosquito's net, so in a location near the lake was practically impossible to open the rest of the windows..
There were only hand antibacterial soap..no shampoo or bath soap.
The windows didn't had back out curtains.. One window hasn't a curtain at all. So in July the sunlight is entering the room from 4am weaking you up..
The breakfast was served in buffet, but you had to ask a waitress to put everything in the plate... This was a really not comfortable and for sure without Covid meaning, as the same waitress touched all the plates.. Also there was no meaning as the customers touched with their hands, the water bottle, the coffee machine and the sweets apparechiature..
The restaurant was a solution for the night, but the quality was mediocre..the service was really bad (twice served a soup without a spoon, and the plates were served with time distance, so one was eating and the others were looking at him waiting their plate..)
There was no PC for public use (they had one in a table but when I asked to use it, they said that was not working...) So they leave me to use the receptionist PC... That was for sure not comfortable as it was a continues psicological pressure with the receptionist over my haid..
The moquette in the room wasn't very clean, and no one entered to clean the room the first day, nobody said that we had to ask it as in the other hotels for covid reasons..
It also a little be ridiculous in general when everybody in Poland don't use the masks in closed envirointments, to not cleaning you the room for covid reasons...
The hotel is in a very good position near the lake and this is the better advantage for staying in this place.
Maybe the rest of the local hotels are worse, but in general was a very bad relationship for quality/price.

A really bad experience.

We spent three very pleasant days in this hotel, especially since we were overcrowded in a row, huge two-bedroom. We rented an excellent bike that allowed us to take a walk in a day of more than 70 km during which we bathed in a lake with clear water, thanks to the directions of the receptionist. The small beach of the hotel itself is pleasant with long chairs. Likewise, we really enjoyed the large terrace and the veranda overlooking the lake. The wifi was working well and the breakfast buffet was delicious and delicious. As in summer, just after 4 a.m. and the windows are not too early, it is necessary to ensure that masks are not made to refill.

A nice hotel by the lake

We used to stay here in the warm season, everything was great, breakfast... now we've paid for breakfast and we've been extremely disappointed... not a single hot meal, it's very scary. It feels like we weren't expected.

It's not a good time to be in the off-season.

The hotel's website connects the interested party to the hotel's own booking portal, which allows a cancellation period of 60 days before the start of the stay. If you book there, a deposit will be retained. After a cancellation before reaching the 60-day deadline, I received a cancellation confirmation, but (first) no refund of the deposit. Even on reminders from my side, the hotel did not respond. Relief only brought a complaint to the credit card issuer, which cancelled the deposit.

Beware of the hotel's own booking portal

We were a family group of 9. We booked 4 rooms and all were very nice. Large enough rooms to feel comfortable in and all the normal amenities. We are several breakfasts looking out the gigantic window to the gorgeous lake. 
Staff were more than polite and accommodating. In our group we spoke English, Polish and German and had no difficulty communicating with staff. 
We were unfortunately so busy with family matters that we had little time to thoroughly enjoy the lake, paddle boats, kayaks or swimming. 
I will absolutely return.
American dollar and Euro exchange rate to Zloty is excellent and that makes this top notch hotel very affordable.

Seriously great

Joseph Conrad seems to prefer to fill the house with active travel groups and thus the individual traveler stays on the route. Dinner from the kitchen is more like a must-have event, beer is more like getting yourself off the counter because the staff is beyond capacity. This may all be due to the high season, it doesn't make it very happy. The two-day arrangement threatens to get under the wheels if it wasn't for the great paddle flight the natural beauty of Pisa towards the south with pickup and transfer to the hotel.

It's actually nice if it's not the high season.

We arrived here rather by chance, tomorrow we went to a houseboat nearby, we were quite spontaneously looking for an opportunity to stay here. Although there were not enough rooms, we were cleaned and it still worked! Rooms are big, spacious, clean, modern, quiet, so you love it. The restaurant is fine too: good selection of food, well prepared, small, tasty, even the children were taken care of. We only tested the leisure opportunities, but the children were found beautiful. Both at the restaurant and at the reception there was a problem with German or English, other languages we did not test. The price-price ratio is no better than the first day, but we found in Poland and no second taste.

I'd love to go back.

It's a very quiet and very beautiful place in nature. It's beautiful when the sun goes down and it reflects itself in the lake. The staff are very friendly and hospitable. The food is very good and abundant. The rooms are clean and tasteful. The price is right.

Super hotel, good service, nice location

The hotel is located right by the lake, good breakfast and dinner. Good maps and tips for riding by bicycle. You can get there by bus from Warsaw in about 3 hours. Booking for the bus is recommended via the Internet,in the hotel itself you will be very kindly and well helped at the reception (Mrs. Kaja) in German language. Good bicycles were always available.We were picked up from the bus station and also returned.

Very nice little hotel by the lake, ideal for cycling and kayaking

We are here now and I must say what a fantastic place  this is . Really friendly staff and the position is right on the lake . This is a little gem so don't let the 2 star rating put you off. There's loads of water sports if you wish to do them. I certainly will be back here and would have no hesitation of recommending it .
