The reception staff, Valeria, unfortunately demonstrated unprofessional and unpolite behavior. Chatting on the phone in Russian, she rejected to talk to us in this language, and looks like completely forgot all greeting and appreciation phrases in Polish as well.

Unprofessional reception staff

We stopped by the night transit from 30 to 31 December. We arrived late in the evening and were informed that we should release the room until 10 am (instead of 11), allegedly, the hotel management reduced the day of work due to the New Year's holidays...Entering the room - the horrible smell of chlorine, on the door to the bathroom a broken pen, insert of transparent glass, an uneven staircase at the entrance door...The sheets on the beds were not padded, but just laid on mattresses...The designer of this hotel should be given a medal for the most disgusting work)))

The worst hotel.

The taste of the breakfast was varied. I especially liked the way it was served with a thick layer of eggs, so much tastier than the traditional thin. The lemonade with oranges is wonderful. The jelly is delicious. This is one of the features. And that was all there was in the traditional Polish breakfast, a wide selection. The room is not very spacious, but comfortable, the beds are comfortable, quiet, well provided. There are not only towels, but also slippers, which is especially pleasant. The comfortable parking lot. But the main advantage of the car is the people. We had a problem with the car before we left, we were allowed to leave in the hotel until we got back, the mechanic was there, we called a taxi. We are very grateful.

Best option if you need to go to Chopin Airport

Hotelik Amber offers a good value for the price. The rooms are clean and include all the basic stuff you need. The staff was friendly and easy to communicate with. The breakfast is spectacular with a wide variety of things to choose from. Only downside I can think of, is the sound proofing. The doors have a gap and you can hear noises from the lobby to your rooms.

Reasonably priced place to stay at

A small but very cozy hotel! Nice location, well maintained area, spacious and clean rooms and a wonderful breakfast! We've stayed here a few times and never regretted it. It's a great place to relax after a long trip. And the kids love to play in the pool! 😁

A nice swimming pool and a great breakfast!

Very good hotel near the airport. Breakfast at the highest level, a variety of dishes for every taste. We had a three-bedroom, very large, with three separate beds. Cleanest bedding, very pleasant to the touch. All bathroom accessories are available for the number of guests in the room. T-shirts, towels are large and small.

What a wonderful hotel.

We stayed one night. The family room. The parking lot in front of the hotel was full and we were lucky enough to have the last seat on it. It's a relatively small room, but with heavy air. There's free Wi-Fi. Not a bad breakfast. It's conveniently located not far from the highway.

Price and quality

I stayed the night between 24 and 25 January it was all snow-filled....Our room was small but clean and comfortable.. They have a big LCD TV the wifi is not the best but navigate. I took the room with shower but it is available at a higher price also the tub. I paid 130 pln about 32 euros with breakfast included. The breakfast buffet has a lot of salty food but not very sweet... in return they have an automatic machine that makes a decent espresso coffee.

Comfortable and reasonably cheap

If your need is a cheap hotel in the vicinity of Warsaw, here, then this place is for you. Especially if you are traveling by car. This is because there is a convenient free parking space and because without a car you will find yourself stuck in an area that offers little.

Great price, more light than shadows

Firstly it should be noted that this hotel is far from the city centre , so unless you have a car don't bother. Secondly it was full most nights of a bunch of polish workers getting drunk (probably just our poor timing) so if you're needing a quiet sleep might try elsewhere. Apart from that the staff were great and so was the breakfast. Rooms weren't great thou.
