Hotel is perfect if you want to relax from you hard day at work to enjoy and have some fresh air and good sleep and have nice meal with excellent services so this is good choice 👍

Everything was excellent but extra charge for usage of second bed in the room ??! Beautiful place, big parking lot at the front, very nice restaurant in the backyard, calm and quiet place, very good breakfast. Spacious room, and very clean.. but...two single bed in the room, and usage of second bed would be extra charge ?! As a frequent traveller, I was confused. 

Surprise in the middle of the ...

Nice hotel but too hot inside the room. And we asked for a 3 person room, there was no third bed. But reception arranged the bed immediately. Unfortunately it costed unproportionally 45pln and this was not communicated when we asked. The receptionist just added this the next morning on the bill and my complains were not heard

Very nice place to stay, good service and very nice hotel. Great food in the resturant and very clean rooms.  Easy to park your car n the area around the Hotel.
When we left the hotel at 6.00 in the morning (breakfast from 7.00) we had breakfast box (to go).

We had experience on 2018 April. Booked 2 rooms and prepaid via booking.com
1 day before arrival on the way in Poland we had accident and our car was broken, we could not continue journey. I made cancelation asap. Called and informed about situation. But staff was unfriendly, did not listen and deducted full amount for 2 rooms! 
They even did not try to understand our problems. Did not offer to wait until next trip.
I think this is situation when you really experience staff and hotel help. the real one and this hotel was not helpful and responsive.

The basics in this place are fine. It's convenient, clean, beds are comfortable. Bathroom is nice and spacious, wifi is fee, parking is convenient with a parking lot in front. 

But little common sense things are odd.

The decor in lobby is early 80's Las Vegas casino. Clearly no professional designer was consulted.

The front desk staff are friendly, but English is difficult and some concepts are hard to explain - like loud jazz music in public places and outside is not considered "cool" by everyone.

There is no elevator, so if negotiating stairs is problematic, this may not work for you.

The hotel has no air condition, which is not unusual in small hotels in Eastern
Europe. So you open windows and that's when you encounter the loud jazz music outside again. A trip to the front desk asking to turn it down results in very little decrease in the volume. 

So your choice is fresh air and loud involuntary jazz music or stuffy hot air inside. It shouldn't be so hard to anticipate as a problem. But then again so should be the 80's casino decor. 

The restaurant is post Soviet Eastern European provincial decor -  interesting. 

The food looked good and was highly rated. But I can't really comment as I didn't try any.

Overall - pretty good and clean. But could use a bit more professional attention to customers needs and likely reactions. 

A mixed set of impressions 

I stayed in this hotel for more than one month and I have to say that it was really good. The food, the bedroom (clean & scented), the personal was so friendly. Really quiet bedrooms and beautiful sights. Definitely gonna book there for my next time in Radom....
