The good things first: proximity to the beach, nice front desk staff, spacious rooms. That's about it. 

Problems: very poor service at breakfast - multiple basic items not replenished in a timely manner (ran out of clean plates, silverware, tea, eggs), ZERO fresh fruits or fruit juice, stale bread, tables not cleaned in between guests, dirty plates not collected off guests' tables. Selection of items not great and definitely local (herring for breakfast?), so forget your bacon, OJ or fruit cup.

The rooms are good size, but things out of order are not taken care of. Ours had a broken balcony door - we couldn't use it at all. Nobody cared to fix it, they just put a sign that it is out of order. We didn't get any discount for this either. The rooms are not cleaned or refreshed on daily basis. They don't make your bed. 2 or 3 times a week they will take your trash out and you may get fresh towels (we had to ask). 

Overall, a disappointment at the high rate we paid for the room.
