We were five girls together in one apartment! The apartment was so nice and clean, and very modern as well. I took approximately 10 minutes to walk to the heart of Gdansk. The road to the center was a little scary when it was dark, so don’t go alone. Prefer to take a cab. 
I will definitely come back to this wonderful apartment. 

Wonderfull! 

We booked a 2 bedroom Apartment with double beds, did only get 1 and a sleeping sofa. We also got an Apartment in the midle of Monte casino main street. Would not recomend the location if you want to have some sleep. There is party in the street til about 4 and the restaurants starts again at 6 om the morning really making a lot of noice when they clean and throw carbage and glas bottles from the night before. So pretty tired after 5 nights trying to sleep.

Nice Apartments, but be aware the location

Stayed here for 2 nights with friends. The apartment was clean, but smelt a little strange when we went in. When we collected the keys, I was charged a city tax, only a few Zloty per person, but the booking stated this was included. I am still waiting for the deposit back (taking between 5 and 7 days) but hopefully this will come. A very nice balcony on the ground floor.

Fair, but tax?

Rented one of their apartments in Old Town Gdansk. Address Grobla 3. The apartment is located quiet central. So you have walking distance to everything. 
You have to go to their office to pick up the key. And if you’ve never been in Gdansk before you obviously waist a lot of time on this. I think it’s quite bad service that they don’t meet you to the apartment. Same when you’re leaving. Waist of time and annoying. I would not book through Sun&Snow again because of this. 
The apartment was okay. Very clean. There was a bedroom with one double bed and a sleeping couch. I’m glad I didn’t have to sleep on that couch. 
And it would be nice if there were some basics in the kitchen. Like salt and pepper etc. 
You don’t wanna buy big quantities of this when you’re staying for only a couple days. So this would be a good service to provide. 

God & bad

The 1st thing that totaly pissed me off it was that they doubled price on the final step of booking. Firstly we didn't notice and payed 2 times higher price then it was shown. As we found out later it was a small notice that they added +100% of the price for room service. I have to say thet we stayed there 2 nights and they didn't clean the room at all!
There was a kitchen stove in the room but it didn't work! We tried to call many times on emergency number wich they gave to us but no one picked up the phone.
The shower is quite inconvenient, be ready that you'll have a flood in your bathroom all the time cuz water is just pouring out. It was so annoying to clean every day as no one was going to do room service for wich they extra-charged us.
We stayed in Sopot at the end of April, it was still a low season but we paid double price for nothing! So choosing this option be ready do not get any apropriate service at all, all your troubles will be just yours!
The only one good thing is that apartments are inside residential area and the territory is nice. In the same time it's quite far from the train station and main pier

Overpriced and terrible service

The flat we've rented was dirty.they charge customer for "preparing the flat" but I would be afraid to take little kids with me there.the floor was sticking, cobwebs everywhere, moulds in the bathroom.no hot water shower.tried to contact them via email.no response.lady in the office not bothered when we told sofa bed fall apart.many better places around for this budget.

Overpriced

The flat was clean and ok,  we had to move after 2 nights due to missing hot water,  this was caused by community problems.  Was promised to get back cleaning fee and deposit,  and all was ok....... have now been waiting for return of my cleaning fee and deposit since 7.th May,  i have called them, sendt e-mail`s and also contacted hotels.com  regarding the money that should be returned 3 days after they we left the flat.   Unprofessional company..   keep away,  or refuse to pay deposit....

Can you please return my deposit

A littlebit of background. I was their customer since the middle of last year - very loyal to be honest. I left few thousands.
It was even considering the fact that their apartments outlook is far away from any style, clunky designed, poorly equipped. My cooker in Nautilius never worked. Getting the invoice was always disaster. I was loyal because they trusted me and there were no prepayments, I could pay at arrival.
On Tuesday I had booked an apartment. After 15 months booking is a level of trust. Isn’t it? I went to the reception and got an information - you didn’t make a prepayment (siiiic). I never do.
So my booking was sold to somebody else.
No no no!
They even didn’t make a call to me - frequent client.
So this company is disqualified forever.
I don’t recommend
