Visited for a few nights om a solo trip. First: This hotel is very, very cozy, and as far away from the soul-deprived hotel complexes om Sopot.  It’s situated almost inside the woods/Park Polocny, and has it’s own garden, with stairs to walk down through the woods to the beach. 

Then: This is a quite simple two-star hotel, what you see is what you get, and things are quite worn. My room was clean enogh, a bit dusty and with a bit of a funny smell. The included breakfast is continental and simple (bread, butter and jams) but you could buy plates of eggs, ham etc for around 15 zl and water for 5 zl (this could have been announced better). The staff were friendly enough, but none of them really spoke english. 
 
Overall a nice little place, probably best for solo travellers or couples, and those who wants to see a bit more of Sopot than the beach. 


Simple but cozy, lovely location and garden

I stayed at this hotel  in late February, it was very quiet and I am sure that I was the only guest. The hotel itself is caught in a time warp but is acceptable and clean. The rooms were clean and were very welcoming. However being the only person at breakfast and sat alone in the bar at night I felt as tough I was intruding. If I returned in the summer I would consider staying.

My friend booked every room in the hotel for his wedding so I didn't see what the average guest would like like at this hotel. Family run and a little old fashioned but still a nice traditional place to stay. They also have cabins in the grounds which you can stay in if you don't want a hotel room. It has some history too as it was used by the Nazis as an office during the second world war (if my memory serves me right?).
All in all, a budget hotel that is not one of the new breed of modern hotels, so it depends what you like? I personally like to experience the culture and real feel of a city when I stop there so this place was fine for me.
It takes about 30 minutes to walk into the centre of Sopot from the hotel but if you don't want to walk you can always get a taxi as they are very cheap.
