We stayed in Willa Marysin for several days in Feb 2019. Place has great location and is situated not far from town centre, large rooms with balconies are fantastic,

My wife and I spent two nights at this accomodation. The  price was a bit over the average in the area and we chose it because we wanted a nice place even it was a bit more expensive. Our stay there, as the subject calls, was dissapointing. First there were no gel or shampoo in the bathroom, even not a small bottle. We arrived in the evening so no chance to go to a supermarket and get one, luckily we had brought shampoo with us. 

The house was a big old house with huge gardens. We didn't take advantage of the garden, but it looked unkept, as en example the bushes stormed the car entrace, and every time we drove in, the bushes touched the car. The furniture was old-stylish, despite not being my favorite decoration style, I have to say that the old fashioned flavour was well accomplished. Even the beds were noisy, we really didn't know if that went along with the decoration kind, or they were just old :D
The breakfast was not bad, there was a good variety and enough amount of food,  but in my opinion the coffee was instant coffee, which really lowered the breakfast level.

A couple of minuses, first there was no Wifi connection in the room, in spite of the accomodation is advertised as if it had. Second it was not possible to pay by card nor by bank transfer, we had to go to the town to withdraw money. After paying cash, we needed to claim for the receipt because the lady expected us to pay cash and don't get any bill or receipt. After asking she gave it to us.

I would't recommend this place as it is nothing special, there are probably better deals in the area, and I really disliked the fact that it was not possible to pay by card.

Disappointing

The villa is a beautiful building and it must have been an exceptional place once it was built. Now it is partially renovated with stylish, spacious rooms full of old furniture and paintings. 
Highlights: location with a great view, fantastic breakfast
Lowlights: neglected garden, no wifi, rooms with tv sets from the 90's (in a non-working condition), no cosmetics in the bathroom (we did not check this in advance but we were kind of used to places where you would have a small bottle of shampoo/shower gel so we didn't take any. Luckily a supermarket was nearby).
