Allowing for its bargain price and the hosts' hospitality, there is nothing one can complain about. The room was spacious, nicely furnished, the bathroom spotlessly clean and above all, the breakfast would suit everyone's appetite.

I was booking the place via booking.com and payed 300 zl in winter high season for a 2-nights weekend stay (it's about 100 USD or 75 EUR). It was for double room with breakfast. The room and the hotel was clean, a bit renovated and of family style. The stuff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was moderate but when I asked for scrambled eggs that was not supposed to be that day there was no problem for the kitchen to prepare one for me. Thanks for that as it was nice and tasty. The hotel is located a bit off the Swieradów-Zdrój Center but the village is not that big and you can get almost everywhere by foot. It is about 3 km form SkiSun Center so if go there for skiing you need to go there by car every time and pay about 10 zl extra for the parking place. During the stay I was using the room with really big bathroom with shower and a huge window which is rather unusual in bathrooms at all. You will have nice view in the mirror while shaving or make-uping to the hills. I had the chance to see deers in the hills while shaving in the morning. Nice :) I would rather recommend the place. There have been also free WiFi (+).

Good for the price I've paid

Close to area of healt resort. Nice rooms with breakfast included in price. Guest house is in very quiet place od Świeradów, near mountain stream. You can have a lot of privacy there and really rest. Good place all year round- a lot of attractions around- trekking, skiing, visiting castles, near to Czech republic border. And everything in good value of money.
