This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. Please inform Sun & Snow Holiday Mountain Residence in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. The property will be going through renovation works from Thu 17 Jun 2021 until Sat 17 Jun 2023. During this period, guests may experience some noise or light disturbances, and some hotel facilities and services may not be available. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation. A damage deposit of PLN 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
