Stay away. Food for full board customers are so bad. No service. Staff doesn't know anything. Bookings are not done properly. The Gold Package is a joke. The Doctor check up takes two minutes. No pool attendant. The Gym is a joke. No explanation about where what is. Nobody explains the facilities. Not suitable for people with disabilities. So much for being a medical spa facilities. Not worth spending your time and money there.😟😒😣

In the restaurant we got rotten meat, it saids all, no one speaks english , only german so if you want an bad hotel/restaurant , you have to stay in this hotel, but if you want a good one find another

Swinoujscie is a beautiful place one should not miss! People who admire New England and the autumn colours would fall in love with the area. We stayed in Swinoujscie Interferie Medical Spa for health reasons and they delivered to our expectations however we were disappointed with  a customer service in a restaurant.  It was appalling! The staff should have a full customer service training and the customer services manager should read guests comments in Polish, German and English and act on them. The hotel has only been build last year and is very busy. 98% of clientele are retired Germans who are on half board and do not use a la carte restaurant. I have worked in a travel for over 20 years and lectured related topics. I have visited 43 countries and many hotels and believe me if  they were to smile and learn how to treat a guest they would be able to reach a four star status! So what are they waiting for.........??????
