Nice hotel on the promenade and steps from the beach.

Small single room but adequate with a roof window and sea view.- 12A.  Refrigerator in room as well as a electric heater to dry towels - very thoughtful touch.

It was great to fall asleep with the sound of the waves.

Cons:
- no curtain/blind on roof window - a lot of light in the morning
- awkward electricity outlet - I had to turn off the refrigerator to plug in mobile
- WiFI not working in room
- expensive parking

On the beach

Spedzilismy w tym hotel   (pokoju #2) ~1 tygodnia w sierpniu 2009. Hotel jest bardzo pieknie polozony, z balkonu widac plaze i morze i czuc zapach gofrow pieczonych na parterze. Pokoj byl bardzo maly, ciemne zielone tapety, przypalona lampka przy lozku  ale co najgorsze, materace na lozkach byly stare, wylezane i bardzo niewygodne. 
Bardzo lubie Ustke i chcialabym wrocic do tygo hotelu, ale prosze wlasciciela hotelu o nowe materace i troche wiecej serdecznosci dla klientow ze strony personelu.

Wspanial lokalizacja ale...

This is definately one of the best hotels in Ustka. If you have a balcony room with a view over the promanade & beach below you can't ask for more! The hotel is no smoking which is unsual for Poland. If you're a smoker, you'll definately want a balcony room. During our stay my wife, step-son, sister & her 2 kids all enjoyed this hotel. The location is perfect. They have a nice patio next to the promanade for beer & ice cream that is ideal for people watching. The morning breakfast is nice but you'll have to ask for a cup of coffee as they seem to think everyone drinks tea.
The reception speaks Polish & German. I'm not sure what a problem this could be for English only speakers. One of the girls serving ice cream spoke English so I'm sure they can find somebody to help you. The beach in front is very popular & crowded but it is fun to see all the people. We didn't meet any other visitors from USA or UK. I did hear a couple people walking by talking Swedish. The town has done a good job with the promanade & parks next to it with restaurants, Karaoke
bar & other taverns. If you know a little Polish or are learning it, this is a great place to polish your Polish. Overall this is just a very nice place to enjoy the Baltic in the summer. Families, singles, teenagers it is fun for all!
