Warsaw Presidential Hotel 

When booked the room, I wrote a short message that if possible we would like a room with two separate beds and a view of the Culture and Science Tower. I was very happy that they fulfilled this. Fortunately, the room was ready in the morning, so we didn't have to walk around with our bags for a long time in the city. The location of the hotel is perfect in terms of transportation. However, the receptionist's reception was not the most pleasant. He was cold and without a smile, he was slurring his words, I didn't speak English well anymore because I forgot a lot... the guy didn't seem very helpful. This is essential in a hotel like this, he looked at us like what are we doing here.. I worked as a receptionist in a 4-star hotel for 16 years. Such a cold reception would have been impossible there. Anyway. I can list this among the negatives and maybe the fact that the walls and ceiling covered with foil in the hallway are very strange and in one place the carpet has even come off the wall. (I also saw these pictures in an October photo on TripAdvisor, taken by a guest). The cleanliness of the room was impeccable. There was a wonderful view of the city. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom toiletries were also very good. The shampoo made my hair silky. It was a very good and cute idea to hang up the small bag, for environmental protection. I can only speak in superlatives about the breakfast. The wellness has a cozy, friendly atmosphere, the water temperature was perfect, it is not thermal but warmer than a sports pool, so you won't get sick if you stay in it for a long time. The massage jets blow the water very strongly, I loved it, it massaged my back well. Last night we went up to the Skybar. It has a very good atmosphere, I had a delicious cocktail. The waitresses and the reception boy in the bar were very nice and attentive. When checking out, we went to a very nice receptionist lady with wavy blonde hair, she smiled, spoke nicely, and we were able to leave our bags for safekeeping until we left for the airport. We left with memorable experiences.
