We booked Genius Apartment, because excellent reviews, for 3 nights, two months ahead. On arrival (~20:00), we were told by the owner that there is a problem. The apartment was sabotaged by other guests and the only possibility he could offer is another apartment at the same address but empty, no beds, two matters on floor, no furniture, bathroom and hot water are working and… no electricity !!!  We were shocked. The owner suggested connecting one light with a wire from the outside corridor. Not believing the situation, we had to hurry too to bring back the rented car at the central train station, so no more possibility to drive to look for alternative accommodation. Moreover on that evening there was the Final Europe League football-game and our immediate thinking of booking a room in hotel vanished quickly since there were absolutely no normal priced rooms in Warsaw. The cheapest hotel-room was for one night - 350$, more than the whole three nights we booked. 
After not a polite conversation/negotiation we understood that "our" apartment was occupied by other guests (whatever the reason). We were tired by the hour and long drive day so we eventually agreed to stay that night in that empty apartment and on the next 2 nights to move to a "premium" apartment, dinners on the owner' account , breakfast was anyway included and the whole stay is for free. 
After the frustrated first night the other days were wonderful. The other apartment was luxury and stylish. We really had superb time in the apartment. Its' location is very comfortable for touring Warsaw .Still, continuing "shadow" of incorrect followed us.
Our thoughts were:
1. The owner should have told us the true immediately and offer an equivalent and appropriate solution. If an apartment is not available (things can happen), a taxi + hotel's room should be offered immediately and on his account. 
2. We are not young but still could sleep on matters on the floor. What could have happened if someone has disability and can't band on the floor?
3. The owner wrote us a mail on the arrival date at noon-time and asked if we are coming? We couldn't see the email since it was sent to our home address (not g-mail) or it might that we don't have mobile internet account. So, we couldn't see his corresponding. 
4. As written at web-site check-in is 14:00 - 22:00. There was no demand to declare time of arrival. 
5. Breakfast is served in bistro named: "Mercato", in back of the building. Saturday and Sunday mornings it is open only from 10:00 AM. Not best for tourists and not mentioned while booking. Saturday morning we skipped the breakfast and bought fresh rolls at a close bakery. 
To Sum: 
Yes, we didn't pay. Our 3 nights were free as compensation. We could even leave the suitcases at the apartment till the evening -almost another extra day. But…. we absolutely would prefer to pay and not having this "adventure".
It is the hardest review we had to write. Before, we never had a problem with web booking. Usually we like to give good credits to the hosts and their rental's accommodations. If things would have gone smoothly we absolutely could give this place "a big 10".

Bad start. Better (?) ending

This appartments are located in the center of Warsaw and very quite and nice. They are really big and very well equipped. I liked the kitchen and the big fridge and the beautiful city. The owner is very nice and interested in the customer. WLAN is top.

Very nice place, very happy

We booked one apartment for 3 and another for 4 for a long weekend.  Very clean and very well equipped - so much better than a hotel room - bathroom: large walk-in shower, washing machine (!),plenty of towels. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and tabs, coffee and tea

Great location, great service

We stay in apartment at Bagno 2. It was a short stay, we found this modern , well equipped apartment with garage in an excellent location in the middle of downtown of Warsaw. Staff was very helpful and we would recommend this place for longer stays too.

Homely stay in downtown of Warsaw

Very clean modern apartment. Ideal for a short or long stay as all facilities are included. Five of us stayed here for 2 nights. I can thoroughly recommend it. The pictures of this apartment made us look forward to our stay and it was just as nice in real life. The apartment owners were very friendly and accommodating also!
