We stayed in a four persons apartment we had the room books for 5 nights from Wednesday to Monday,the room was filthy the beds were broken and towels we received were dirty. On top of that on Sunday morning we went away to the city and when we came back to the apartment at around 5 pm all of our stuff f was taken away from the room all our documents laptops clothes everything it took me about an hour to reach to the office and it turned our they thought we were suppose got be gone yet they did not check that we had paid for one more day. They simply through all our expensive personal belongings into a plastic back and threw it into the office . When I was collecting all my stuff and lady in the office all she's said as oh I'm worry I didn't check it properly. I will highly not recommend this place there is so many better places to stay in Warsaw. Ivw attached photos of the state of out apartament broken sofas bed that 2 people were suppose to sleep on yet not even one could as the bed was all broken and taped together. Dirty towels we received on day one. The sofa bed was all stained too .

Terrible place to stay would not recommend.

 This is an illegal hostel operating in a residential building. You are provided with a code and supposed to meet with a person that will show you in. The "reception" is actually the front desk guys of the building, who don't speak English and who are not aware that there is a "hotel" in the building. Safety and security norms are therefore inexistent, comfort is catastrophic, anywhere else will be better. Never again.

Really not recommended

Great location and facility with 24 security.
Close to everywhere and has amazing flats.
Recommend it very much whether you live here or visiting but eventually be careful with the landlord you choose 

Amazing building 

The place is quiet far away from city centre. Not meant for international backpacker's. Depressing place. Security is very good, but in room they even charge for personal locker to keep valuable stuff. Beds are creaky mattresses are thin, you can feel the wooden bar underneath it. They do not provide details about sightseeing nor do they any local maps. The nearest tourist information centre is about 2km from the hostel which is closed on sundays.

Not a Backpacker's place

Great apartment ( when we worked out how to get into it),fantastic view of the city, warm and well equipped but had obviously seen better days ( balcony window wouldn’t close, extractor fan in kitchen didn’t work) The apartment was well decorated and clean but there was a half eaten pizza in the freezer and the oven and grill had not been cleaned.
WiFi and TV channels were great and the pool was a bonus- we were told it was on the 4th floor but again, it was hard to find and only certain elevators would get you there and there was a distinct lack of signs all round the building.
Location was handy for Rising Museum and shops but it was a good 20 minute walk to Palace of Culture and 45 minutes walk to the Old Town
