Check-in time is from 4PM until 9PM. Office is open from 9AM until 9PM.
In case of check-in after the office working hours, guests are kindly asked to inform the staff at least 2 days before the arrival. Please note that arrival after 9PM comes with the surcharge.
Deposit paid in cash will be returned by bank transfer within 7 days, while the deposit paid by credit card will be refunded to the credit card account within 10 days, or - on request - on the day of departure.
