Great Hotel. Lots of attractions for children. Well organized stuff.  Excellent food and very nice service. Next to the hotel there is a ski lift, equipment rental and instructor services. I will go there again.

Great Hotel.

The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. The food is of really good quality and variety. It is a well-balanced object, big enough to offer good wellness facilities and small enough to be cosy. The SPA is superb, especially Bali massage. 

A perfect haromony of size and faciltities

We spent 6 days with our children at the Stok Hotel during our vacation. The hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful place, surrounded by mountains. The hotel offers plenty of activities. Indoor and outdoor pools, 2 large jaccuzi, 2 smaller pools for children. Plus a playground, play rooms, different animation for children every day. Ping pong, bowling alleys, billiards. We had delicious breakfasts and dinners, and soup for children from 1 to 2 p.m. There is also a cafe and a pub at the bowling alley. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. We will return to the Stok Hotel probably more than once.

Great vacation

It was a fantastic experience having a chance of spending family holiday at that hotel. Unforgettable memories! Our 5 years old son was in heaven, he could have spent a whole day at hotel's garden and a playground.

Family holiday at Hotel Stok

Pros: Nice room, great breakfast, free parking. Cons: cold swimming pools, too long corridors. Very good localization. Good place to stay for a weekend. Price is a little bit high. They can repaint some zones.

Good place in Wisła with family

I haven’t stayed at this hotel as my family live in the nearby town of Ustroń. But we’ve been using the hotel’s ski slope on numerous occasions as the slope is perfect for us - never too busy (we always go early in the morning though) well prepared and the scenery is just beautiful. There are two pistes, of an average difficulty, a bit steep at the top, but you can easily build up speed straight away. There is also a ski/snowboard school, which I used for a snowboarding lesson (only to realise I prefer skiing) - but the instructor was very pleasant and patient with me, and a bar/restaurant, where you can enjoy a cup of tea with lemon after your skiing or some other refreshments.

Perfect for skiing

The location of the hotel on the ski slope - great, the hotel has comfortable rooms, tasty food, a swimming pool with a sauna complex and a spa, where you can relax and choose treatments tailored to your needs.

Great

Good Hotel with nice and well equiped rooms.  Fine food and SPA plus pool area. Nice parking in front of the hotel. For a long May weekend there was a programme of animation for whole families.Overall Hotel stays on good level.

Long Weekend Staying in Wisła

We spend a week in this hotel during December holidays. 
It is a lovely hotel however rooms are a bit dated and we could hear people passing by our room all the time and quests next to us too (walls and doors not so great)
The breakfast and dinner were really nice, lots to choose from. 
The staff was friendly too. 
Lovely swimming pool and we were every day skiing at their Ski Centre. Nice kids play room too.
We might be back however due to growing competition near by we are not 100% sure.

Good location for Company events or large families but if you are looking for a peace then this is not the place for you. It gets very crowdy and noisy. I also think that the Staff should get extra trainings as they have no idea how to provide good customer service at 4 star hotel. Honestly, I wouldnt pay 300-400 zl per night. 

Pros and cons:

Pros:

- clean, spacious, very good breakfast
- plenty of entertainment, bowling, Spa etc
- surrounded by nice area and views

Cons:

-  Noisy, wall very thick
- Staff could be more helpful and pleasant (poor reception skills - no information about hotel was  given at check in and this is a huge Resort where everybody can get lost inside, Bartender at the Bowling bar very impolite, also unhelpful staff at the brekfast- generally lack of communication and professional skills.) Only Housekeeping and Cleaning Staff very friendly.
- Smell of cigaretes near the Bowling area also in the toilets 
- Small Bar open until 6pm with no atmosphere at all (like a cafee in 80s)

Generally, got some potential but needs some improvement on customer service skills and work on create a better unique atmosphere for everybody.
