I booked my hostel with a shared room. There were people actually living in this hostel. I expected to see many students but instead I saw poor people who lived at this hostel on a week by week basis. Things were stolen from my bag. 

I complained to management and requested a discount and was simply laughed at.

Dirty, things stolen, musty and dirty

I checked in late in the afternoon and got a non-shared room with my friends. Then we went to see the city and we came back only to discover that our things were stolen (laptop, iPod, perfumes, money). The stuff wasn't bothered at all. 
When it comes to room, it was rather ok, bathroom really needed some cleaning. Windows were of poor quality and it was really cold at night. 
Really the worst night of my life.

BEWARE

We used the hostel during first days of the Euro-2012, so it was almost full when we booked it. We three shared a room with 3 other russian fans, but the room was large enough so it was comfortable.
The main problem we faced were the toilets and showers - it was usually a problem of waiting... 
And we had to park our car the next street and pay for it, as the yard is small and was full.

Simple and reasonable

It looks like this hostel simply has too many rooms and floors to maintain it by the owner. Dirty and stinky toiltes and batchrooms- so stinky that you could smell it in the room.No soap even after asking for refill....no kitchen!!!!.no wifi reception at higher floors.
Staff was good and understanding at least so they moved me to anorher floor with less stinky batchrooms.
Rooms not that quiet as advertised. Location- very close to rail station but need to walk around 15 minutes to get to the Rynek what comparing to other hostels is not that close.

one word that  describes it  is hopless...receptionists are rude and dont give a damn about a service. theirs attitude towards  clients is unprofessional...dirty toiltes..no kitchen..no wifi reception at higher floors...used to be a backpacker hostel ..now due to milking hostel by its owner its a place who house a builders instead of...so if u wanna take a risk to spend a few nights in this place pls mind it..
