Location was pretty good and only a few minutes walk from the centre.
We were disappointed with the booking experience as originally cleaning (!) and taxes were included in the quoted price but then when I received the confirmation, these costs were extra.
The room was comfortable but there was no soap in the bathroom and the terrace was DIRTY. The table and surfaces had not been cleaned and had sticky, dirty residue on them. There was a very dirty, broken cup that previous guests had used as an ashtray and there was a bowl with dried food that had been left out for a cat (?).

I have been coming to Zakopane for many years for the hiking and sking which is on offer here and l have stayed in many hotels and apartments! This hotel is very basic and is in of modernization, however the location and the price is very good!! The rooms are basic and clean and in each room there is a TV. In the reception there is excellent WiFi and the staff are very helpful! I would recommend staying here!
