This place was created for skiing. Of course we were there not for this but hiking, and it's totally worth staying there. 
We rented a 1+1/2 roomed apartment and we didnt regret our decision. The bathroom was big enough, the bedroom also, and the living room also can bring ehat it's made for. One thing: the kitchen is quite small, but if you are staying just the two of you it's OK. 

Lovely place

We stayed here in two apartments in December 2014/January 2015. The accommodation itself is faultless in its furnishing and facilities. Very stylish, comfortable set up, clean, modern, spacious apartments. Easy to find off the main street, and only a few minutes drive to the town centre (when traffic is good). Little shop at the bottom of the house next door, or nice walk over the bridge to a supermarket. Amazing mountain views and quiet area. 

The main issue however arose as soon as we arrived, as the building is locked at all times and there was no one to greet us, only a sign by the door to call a couple of numbers. However the lady who arrived 10 min later (she appeared to be the cleaner) didn't speak a word of English, so she called out someone else who knew a few words only. 

Our apartments happened to be in two parts of the building with different entrances (we booked a 4 bed and a 6 bed), and the only access was through the car park. After long calls to the agents (who spoke Polish), they didn't manage to swap us to the same building so we ended up being slightly separated from half of our family:-( 

There are some areas of improvement (as I will detail below), however I will reiterate that the accommodation is to a high standard, only issues are with the running/management of the flats which hopefully with time, experience and feedback like ours, will improve. 
- We had to ask the owner/manager to clean the driveway as in the heavy snow it was not maintained for the first day  and was dangerously slippery on the steep drive. 
- The car park seemed totally full at times and we struggled to park conveniently without blocking others in, even though we reserved three places as suggested on our booking. 
- In our 6 people apartment, the hot water pressure totally stopped in the mornings, other times it was fine, however we could not use a drip of hot (or warm) water at between 9am-11am. In the 4 bed apartment there was no issue with the water. 
- It is not clear on their website or the reservation that there are two separate parts to the building, nor the location of the flats are described. The four bed was on the 4th floor, not ideal for bad legs... 

However if you are visiting Zakopane for its surroundings (we came for skiing holiday), you must be aware that traffic is appalling in both direction of the town. At times it can take and hour to move 3kms, however this was after the New Year's Eve holidays. I did hear that other times of the year this is not this bad, but still busy. The nearest ski centre, Harenda is 1.5miles away, which is ideal for beginners, small children and also has a red/black slope for the better skiers. 

I hope to see some more feedback on this place before deciding to return to this exact accommodation.
