Booked on booking. Com, arrived at house at 11pm as our travel from krakow was delayed. No one would come out to greet us. The doors were locked. We called there phone and they would not answer. We left and got alternative accommodation. I called there the next day to seek an explanation. They said we had no reservation and were very aggressive to me. I never had such a bad experience while on holidays before. 

Horrible owner 

Staff do not speak English. When me and my friend tried to call the hotel reception, they throw off phone. We were in traffic jam and didn't manage to check in 21.00. They didn't wait us because we were in Zakopane little bit later, although we desperately prayed and offer to pay extra cash. That night , after one thousand kilometr journey we needed to find another hotel to stay..

Bad for english speaking people 

The hotel is situated just out of the centre of Zakopane. So it's nice and quiet while still being walking distance from the action. I found the hotel was clean and comfortable. The breakfast provided had great selection and was very tasty although serving times could be better as it's only available between 8am -9am. Overall great experience and Amazing value for money! 

Great value 

We love this place.  It's really central to everything, and only a 5 minute drive from our favourite snowboarding spot.  Town is walkable or you can drive to the centre in about 5 minutes too.  We had breakfast at Willa and it was fantastic.

Staff are friendly and helpful.  The rooms are always warm and cozy.   

Love this place.  The only place I'll stay when visiting Zakopane!
