Wila Slimak is a 100 year old house made out of wood. It is located at the beginning of kropowki. The rooms are big and cozy. The bathroom is small but clean. The breakfast is served in the restaurant next door. It is ok, but nothing special. Some bread, cheese and ham. Downstairs is a spa. The massages are very good

Great Hotel

Lovely two night stay in Zacopane. We had a small budget room, which was perfect. Clean, comfortable, hot shower, just what you need after trekking. The spa is great as well. The staff are very helpful. Would definitely recommend. 

Great stay

I had booked four nights at the place a few months ago, for September. Because we were coming from Wrocław, I had asked Wila Slimak if there will be any problem with checking in later at night. I was told it won't be, just to let them know before hand. 
Originally the plan was to get to Zakopane around 1830, however the coach we were getting was full so we had to get the next one which would arrive in Zakopane at 2320. As soon as I knew myself, I let the hotel know. I was then informed that later check in was impossible. I asked if that meant I will have to look for different accommodation, the reply to which was: we'll let you check in but you have to pay extra 100zl (£20). I refused so was charged the cancellation fee of £40 or 200zl. 
I had to find a different accommodation on the day, in a very busy period, which was more expensive, not to mention having to pay extra fees. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect a hotel to accommodate the guests. I mean, it's not like I wanted to check in at 4am or like it was my fault. There were unexpected circumstances and instead of supporting their clients, they tried to rob us. I was very disappointed and disgusted. Be careful to only book it if you get to town before noon! 

Inconsiderate, ridiculous service

Right at the end me of the zakopane strip. The 2 bed apartment had it own of street entrance. Great breakfast. If you love wood then you will really like this place.

At the end of the Main Street. Easy access to all the restaurants. Bus station 10 minute walk.



Beautiful with Perfect location

What a fantastic place! Location was great, it is right on the main street. Our room was spotless and comfortable. Friendly staff, and good breakfast in the restaurant under the hotel. Wifi working perfectly, no complaints at all. Great stay, would return any time. Zakopane is beautiful.
