Very clean, nice landlords not to far from center. My advice is to get a room on first or second floor not the attic apartment though it's a tremendous difference between the both (I stayed in both). It's almost impossible to find parking in zakopane center during peak season so dont stay to far from center, this hotel is just on the border to walking distance (6-7 minutes walk) but according to price and what you get I still strongly recommend it, you'll not be dissapointed.

Good value recidence.

I always try to describe property in the relation to the price. I have visited Zakopane during Polish “majowka“ - long weekend. Hotel was fully booked. For the money I have paid I have got what I have expected and even more.
This is more than guesthouse than hotel of course. 
Very well located. Just 5,10 minutes walk from main street Krupowki. There are some shops in the neighbourhood and good restaurants. Rooms, guesthouse is clean and the owners very helpful. I have felt very well over there. Bathroom inside the room was also good. Fridge is outside the room and shared. It was not problem for me. There are some parking places near guesthouse but believe me that Zakopane is perfect place if you are without a car. I can say even that it is easier and cheaper without car. You can get everywhere by one of the hundreds buses.
That was really good deal paying so small amount for so nice guesthouse in the middle of Zakopane.
I can guess that the prices are low because of the big competition but still there are a lot of similar standard guesthouses that demand double we have paid.

Very good deal

We stayed here for 2 nights in Feb 2013 as part of a short snowboarding trip. It's a bit of a walk from the ski lifts and town centre (15-20 minutes), which turned out to be less than fun when lugging snowboarding equipment back and forth, but if you don't mind stretching your legs then you'll be fine. 

The room was clean and offers the bare basics - a bed, a table, and a bathroom but with no soap or floor mat, so be careful not to slip on the tiles when getting out of the shower.

If you're travelling on a tight budget and understand that you're not paying for 5 star accommodation then you'll be fine. Zakopane, while small, is definitely worth checking out if you're heading to Poland.

Note to consider with this review: We stayed here when Zakopane had seen the most snow in years - hence we couldn't relax outside and make use of any outdoor facilities, we ended up using the place as nothing more than somewhere to sleep. The closest ski lift was also not working so we had a massive distance to walk to get into the town centre.
