Don't bother at looking anywhere else to stay in Zamość. I remember my time staying at the hotel very fondly. The dinner service is impeccable, something that you would expect from a Michelin starred restaurant. The rooms are well sized, some are air-conditioned and very thoroughly cleaned. I must highly commend the staff and the owners for their excellent customer service. It is very clear from observing the owners that they take great care and attention in making sure that everyone's stay is as good as possible and their staff are taken care of.

A 5* experience

After a long trip from Belgium, we arrived in Zamosc, hotel Polak. Oef, what a good experience : nice and polite people, very romantic and beautiful little appartment, comfortable bed and bathroom, little sunny terrace ... All what we needed. Good restaurant, breakfast was tip-top! Congratulations to the staff

Our trip to Poland, july 2016

Yes it was back to the Polak last week for a couple of nights. As ever a very warm welcome from all concerned. The rooms are very high quality and excellent value. The food is very high standard and has been consistently so for many years now.

I am looking forward to going back in June for another visit.

Another short stay, very friendly welcome and high quality all round

It's a place we will definitely come back to in case of a longer stay in Zamość. Friendly staff made our short visit very pleasant. We regret we didn't try their restaurant except for breakfast which was ok.

Very friendly

Very noisy - you can hear every single guest in this place. None of hotel's facilities mentioned on web page (sauna, gym, billard) were available. The breakfasts were not tasty at all. The eggs and bacon were overcooked everyday. The owners cannot decide whether they manage "motel" or "hotel". Nice female staff. That's all.
