Great budget guest house close to the harbour of Angra do Heroizm. Hospitable hosts. Their office is located in the house opposite on the 2nd floor. Very good conditions. Very clean. Large kitchen with everything you need if you cook for yourself. Cheap cafe for local residents Pastelaria Furão, located in the next house can really discourage You from this desire.

Best Holiday Ever =)

Great place and location , coffee shop next door which was great,Bus stop just across the road also if you need to get around or a   5 min walk to the city centre. 
The place was clean and ready for our arrival,the proprety owners were great and very helpful with all our needs,they also have rental cars and bikes if you require. 
I would recommand this place for a super holiday.

Best Holiday Ever

We visited only for one night. Since it was not too busy the three of us were even upgraded to a complete apartment in stead of only one room.
Isaias Costa and his son Rodrigo were very helpful, telling us all about the best restaurants and best places to visit.
The apartment was clean and had everything we needed.
We even booked a transfer to the airport and got a bit of a free tour of the island on the way there.

At the end of our trip we arrived in this hostel. At first we just planned to stay one night in Angra. However, Angra is really is the center of Terceira. Therefore, we decided to stay four days longer. When we arrived in Casa de Hospedes Isaias it immediately felt like a home. Therefore we did not hesitate to book this hostel for all remaining nights. Everything you need is there and the location is perfect. The hosts and Fatima are super nice!:) We really enjoyed the hostel so we recommend it to everybody.

Great hosts. Great island.
The place was clean and ready on time. 
Transportation from the airport was assured for $15. 
Rented a car for $40.

Great hosts.

I stayed at newer part of Isaias complex called Hospedaria Isaias. It has some 4 rooms and communal kitchen to use. It's the new part so rooms are nice and fresh. Kitchen was next door and had plenty of room during my stay. I choose it also because of the free parking. Wifi needed restart but it was too late at the evening to start to find someone who can do it. There is no heating at room like at most of small guesthouses and hotels.

It is family hotel and each person will make the most for you.
Rooms are clean, well furnished, bathroom is good as well.
Great location - close to the ocean and the bay.
They also offered us cheap and fast transfer to the airport and excursion to the most interesting parts of the island.
