The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the prepayment must be done on the day of booking, by bank transfer or credit card. Please note that late check-ins are under the following extra charges: - Between 20:00 and 22:00 have an additional cost of EUR 20. - Between 22:00 and 00:00 have an additional cost of EUR 30. - Between 00:00 and 01:00 have an additional cost of EUR 40. - Between 01:00 and 02:00 have an additional cost of EUR 50. - Late check-ins after 02:00 have an additional cost of EUR 60.
