Swimming pool #1 is closed from Sat 01 Oct 2022 until Wed 31 May 2023 A damage deposit of EUR 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that as of the 7th of April 2017 a city tax of EUR 1 per person, per night is not included in the total price and should be paid on site. This tax is charged to guests aged 13 and older. It is subject to a maximum amount of EUR 7 per guest. Please note that extra charges are applicable for late check-in: - EUR 15 from 20:00 to 22:00; - EUR 25 from 22:00 to 00:00; - EUR 50 after 00:00. Please note that after the reservation is made, guests will receive an email containing key pick-up procedures. Please note that a 50% prepayment will be charged on the day of booking via credit card details but refunded if a cancellation is done within the free cancellation period. The remaining payment is due on arrival, in cash.
