The price is high, the breakfast is scarce, and the walls are plain to hear. They don't speak only Castilian, only a receptionist. The room is quite old. The big beds have like 2 small, very small cushions. It has a lot to improve.

Simple and without a pillow.

A quiet place with parking included in the price. Ideal for walking to the city center (600 meters). The staff is friendly and tries to make your visit pleasant.

The quality of the product is guaranteed.

Recently stayed at this 3* Hotel in Castelo Branco and have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the place. It located close to central Castelo Branco, with a good selection of Eateries very close by and ample Car Parking.
The rooms are spacious and clean with a very comfortable bed, ample pillows, A/C, great shower, clean towels daily, fitted wardrobe space, just a nice place to be. Each room has a small TV in it with a good selection of TV Channels. Generally I found the Hotel quiet and one really nice thing was there was actually a Receptionist to greet you on arrival, which placed a little normality back into life for a while.
Breakfast was a Continental type buffet style breakfast which was adequate. There was a selection of breads/cakes/meats/cheeses/juices/coffees/teas/breakfast cereals, and if you wanted toast even a toaster was supplied along with a microwave oven. Very clean area, spacious and well laid out.
Downside of the place was there was no plug in my sink (05), no waste bin in the room and no tea/coffee making facilities, but hey, soon got used to that.
I would definitely not hesitate about staying here again, certainly the Best of the Basics.

Best of Basics

We got to the White Castle a little late and we randomly picked this residential building, which offers parking and breakfast, the room was simple and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly, giving us some information.

Last minute pick

A very nice place to stay overnight, with very friendly staff, the couple's bedroom, as well as the clothes demonstrated the care of hygiene, convenient parking, a small basic lunch but enough to start the day well, with some variety of products.

One night's sleep in October 2019

I stayed in the residence for four nights. The rooms are spacious and newly renovated, as well as the toilet. The room I had had had a toilet instead of a bidet, which is a great option. The services are very nice and always available. What could have improved was the breakfast, which could have some local products, like local fruit and not supermarket and egg option. Excellent price and taste. I repeat.

Kindness and good location

Home in French and friendly. Clean rooms (disinfected before our arrival) with tastefully and modernly refurbished bathrooms. Air conditioning.

Very good price ratio

Hotel quite acceptable, not the latest in design but the cleanliness of the rooms is very good and the service is also good, it is quite close to the places to see in the town of Castelo Branco.

Excellent space, located in the center of town but quietly. Nice parking. Very clean, QB rooms for an excellent price. The only downside was that breakfast is too weak for the rest a place to return.

Good surprise.

A residence that has everything it needs in excellent conditions (for a residence). Care to be perfect, extremely attentive and to provide all the necessary information to its guests.
