Hotel service was inextistent. It started with difficulty in communication before checkin - it always took them so long to reply, arrogant receptionist at the checkin and an extra fee of 20 euro because I checked in at 21.00 - which was NOT communicated to me at booking, and non existent customer support - there was a problem at the appa
