You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of EUR 150 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Guests should let the Marques Classy Apartment by be@home know of their expected arrival time, at least 24 hours in advance. Guests can use the Special Requests box when booking. Please note that late check-in, after 20:00, and early check-out, before 8:00, are available. An additional fee of EUR 30 is charged for each service. A prepayment deposit of 30% via credit card, Paypal or bank transfer is required to secure your reservation.The property will contact you after you book to provide the payment instructions. Please note that 1 child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child's cot/crib. Please note that construction work is going on nearby from monday to friday, from 8:00am to 20:00pm, and some rooms may be affected by noise.
