what could expect having booked a room between 25 and 35€/night incl. pool and AC? 

You should come here only if you really want to be far from any civilization. The last 2km are uncovered sand road with lots of holes!! Next city is 5-10km away but you never know if restaurants have fresh food.

Corouche has many good options but is ca. 30km away (30mins overspeeding)

Wifi is available only next to reception building (that's a drawback which could be easily changed without taking too much money in hands!)

Rooms are quite new, some like Suites with AC and huge bathroom (shower). Pool was a nice extra even the management seem not to put so much effort on keeping the pool area working (e.g. broken umbrella)

In a nushell you'll hardly find a better value in Portugal and if you prefer to stay isolated for holidays some time, this is the place for you in Alentejo! Beautiful views from Pool to Alentejo landscape

confusing payment terms: you needtto transfer money by SEPA or pay cash on site - invoice not issued (?!?)

best value, much better than expected for the price! Quiet and clean but bit remote, Alentejo border!

We went to this rural property for the second time, again with a group of friends, with a lot of children, during one weekend.
The general opinion is the same of the last review ans was good.
About the issues that i referred in the last review:
We stayed in the same room and there was some work in the bathroom but there is still some more to go.
The breakfast was fine, simple, but fine and with good natural products. We have lunch and dinner in the restaurant and this was also good.
The pool was good and with a beautiful view, pity the water was a bit dirty.
This time, the kids park, the table tennis table and the table-soccer were better maintained.
There were some bicycles (free of charge) and a lot of paths to go.
The silence and the wilderness around and the sympathy of the staff were, again,  the big plus at this property.

Mantain the same standards

A peaceful, detached property surrounded by farmland ideal for groups. One can enjoy
panoramic views over the hills. The accommodation has comfortable. Has swimming pool and bicycles for a ride.

Country side village

We went to this rural property with a group of friends, with a lot of children, durin one weekend.
The general opinion was good, but there was some issues.
First, our room was outdated and poorly mantained, specially the bathroom. We noticed that some of the other rooms were OK, so i think it's just some bad maintenance.
The breakfast was fine, simple, but fine and with good natural products. We have lunch and dinner in the restaurant and this was also good.
The pool was good and with a beatiful view.
Once again, the kids park, the table tennis table and the tablesoccer was very poorly mantained.
There were some bycicles (free of charge) and a lot of paths to go.
The silence and the wilderness around was the big plus at this property.
