One of the worst experience at a hotel I've ever had. First of all we were promised a beach side view! We did get a beach side view but there was a big hotel in our way and we couldn't see the sea. No wait sorry we did. There was a tiny gap in between the hotels in front of us and we could see a small bit of sea in the distance.

The apartment itself was nice but the first thing i noticed was there was no lock on the safe. We said this to reception and we were told by the maintenance guy it would be fixed by tomorrow. It never was fixed. We had a lovely shower too only for the fact we couldn't shower because the hose from the tap in the shower burst so we could only have a bath or a "Tap shower" as myself and my friends joked. No toiletries either and for an odd reason they never wanted to give us too much toilet paper.

Evening came, morning came, the 4th day. Everything was good. We were enjoying our holiday and then sometime during the evening there was a knock on our door. I went to open it and there was three security guards there. They started accusing me and my friends of things we didn't even do. I tried to explain to them they obviously had the wrong room but they wouldn't listen to a word i was saying. They threatened us with violence which shocked us because if you knew us we wouldn't do the things they were accusing us of doing so it took us by surprise and threatening us with violence really shocked us.

On the final day at check out we asked the hotel could they mind our bags as our flight did not leave til later in the day but they would not keep them as they said. "Customers only". So i guess once we check out you don't care about your previous customers.

Overall a bad experience and will not be returning to this hotel. Apartment was nice but too many little things wrong.
