Beautiful area and perfect stay for our family. The accommodations were superb and centrally located. Highly recommended for anyone staying in town. Walking distance from the river and the downtown area.  

Love this place!

* Wonderful staff - we enjoyed the hands-down best insider guide to local places to see, eat and just enjoy that we've ever had. 
* Great location - just a bit to the side of traditional tourist routes - which is a blessing if you'd really like to mix with the locals and see Porto from their point of view. All the central landmarks are within walking distance (and some great places to eat as well) and bus+metro stops nearby can help you get anywhere.
* Quite a few top-notch places to eat located literally just around the corner. 
* The decoration and furnishings have a distinctly modern fusion feel to them - which made us feel even more at home. Excellent facilities that take everything into consideration - e.g. sound-deadening sliding door between kitchen and bedroom helps prevent noise from boulevard; murphy bed folds up to open up the living space during the daytime.
* Our apartment had a wonderfully sized terrace but we also made use of the common patio just outside our door - great place for an 'after hours' drink and more panoramic (hint: the ladder!) views of the city. 
* Private parking with ample space. 
* A final observation - traffic along Rua das Fontainhas is heavy which might be something to consider if you don't enjoy city living up close and personal - but at the sime time, this location makes the apartments so easily accessible, especially if you're driving.

For once, a place that actually almost feels like home!

This flat is Ideally positioned to walk into Porto centre, but beware the road outside can be a bit of a race trap. A supermarket close by and just up the road. Very nice and clean flat with excellent secure parking. We used the Hop on Hop off Blue  bus for a brilliant trip around Porto for  €8 each. 

Great place

This apartment complex is beautifully maintained and appointed.  We had a two bedroom apartment.  There is parking on site which is a bonus.  It is on a very busy road but this was not a problem.  We walked to the centre of Porto without any trouble. Jose was extremely helpful with telling us where to go and places to eat.

Beautiful Apartment

This apartments are a well hidden gem, the place location doesn't look impressive, but once you are inside the decoration is right from a decoration magazine.  The apartments offer free WiFi, they are fully equipped with a kitchen with all the items needed including a coffee maker, sandwich maker and a toaster, also it has a washing machine, I was pleasantly surprise since it includes laundry soap and other small details that makes your stay a very good one.  The location is great, you have many of the city attractions walking distance and it has an indoor parking space included in the price, if you drive they will even give you a garage opener so you don't have to call somebody to open the door.  The people in charge are very friendly, they offer suggestions on what to visit and how to get there.
