We booked a holiday home Azores Green Villas via Booking.com for 14 days. The booking was declared as house with 2 bedrooms. We lived in a holiday apartment on the top floor with sea view! The apartment had a bedroom and another room with kitchenette, TV and a sofa. Kitchen appliances, TVs, air conditioners, etc. are available, unfortunately all without operating manual. The declared washing machine turned out to be a community unit for 7 floors and housekeeping, in about 30m outdoors.

Very expensive holiday apartment with a view

This was the perfect place for our family of 6. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, gorgeous gardens and plenty of outdoor space to enjoy. Inside had a nice kitchen and dining area, a living room with English and Portuguese cable (for those who want tv). The bedrooms were large and comfortable, though i think the pillows could have been a little better. Outside there was a wood fire grill with a table for 4, another corner had another table for 4 in a secluded little area off the gardens, and then there was the upstairs area which is used for all the 3 houses on the property (outdoor table for 4 and a nice size living room which your key will open. The selling point for my kids was the cat they have on property and she is sweet and very friendly, we had the doors and windows open all the time and she would come and go. Also a big seller for the kids, free WiFi!
The other nice thing about this property is that there are 3 houses on site and secluded by walls and vast gardens that surround the compound, it encourages travelers to interact with each other without taking away from the privacy of the homes. You can choose to sit around the grill with the other people renting the other places or go off to a corner of the garden on your own.
There were only a 2 downsides to mention. The drive in was crazy!!! We had to rent a van due to the size of the family traveling and the driveway leading down has walls on both sides which we could barely fit down, literally had to pull the sideview mirrors in and go very slow. Once i got the hang of it it was less white knuckling than the very first time but for small cars, which is the norm, it was relatively easy. 
Then there was the ants in the kitchen. We don't mind them, we just make sure to seal up the stuff they could get in to and we were good to go but some people may be a little put off by that. We see them at home to once in a while so for us it was no problem just keep things sealed or in the fridge.
We will definitely be back and when we do we will stay here once again. The property manager was super friendly and helpful and the gardeners were just as nice. When arriving it can be a little confusing but maybe that's just for we Americans who aren't used to narrow streets. The house is set way back and is behind an electric gate and we passed the entrance a few times before parking next door in an abandoned building lot and worked our way to the front and rang the buzzer.

A perfect getaway close to everything

Fantastic property! Very quiet place with high quality gardens! Nature and charm always present! The property is very well cared for and at this time it was with immense flowers. The reception was also 5 stars, I'm going but with a huge desire to return!

Fantastic property.

We had the pleasure of staying in this wonderful house. All the rooms of the house are very spacious. It consists of three large rooms, a DBL, a TWIN and a Triple. The house has three bathrooms, all with shower and one with bathroom, which greatly facilitates morning logistics. The kitchen is very well equipped, with a washing machine, dish and oven, microwaves. I cannot help but praise the large and cozy room before talking about the magnificent garden, if you can find the right words to describe beauty. Nature lovers will be able to enjoy an idyllic garden, made up of various green spaces full of exotic plants and trees. They could continue to describe these wonders but they would never be able to convey so much peace and well-being to us.

Wonderful house surrounded by paradise gardens!

A group of individual houses all of character in a beautiful garden. For those with vehicles, C is really ideally located to visit the island. C is very quiet, the kitchen is relatively well equipped, it is enough to cook simply when you want to spend a quiet evening. We recommend!

Excellent accommodation, with fantastic gardens! It's worth staying. The warmth of hospitality, associated with fantastic gardens, where calm and nature coexist in perfect harmony! The library in the tower is my place of choice! Thank you.

This is a great place.

Beautiful, spacious villa that was bright, clean and very thoughtfully decorated.
The property also had a lovely sun terrace, additional library/reading room and an amazing garden with fruit trees. Service was excellent, with Micaela arranging everything perfectly. Highly recommended!

Charming property and excellent service

Stayed in the Blue Villa which was well equipped & spacious. The location is ideal in respect of access to the main points of interest of San Miguel & the airport. A car is needed as there is little interest in the direct vicinity. A small car is best as the drive is narrow. The gardens are wonderful and those in the smaller villa have access to a shared garden room in the larger villla which is a distinct bonus. The owner is very friendly & happy to provide local recommendations. It would have been nice to have had a few basic provisions on arrival & a coat stand would be an asset in wet weather. The bed was very firm too firm for us. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return & certainly recommend the property.
