Great staff, so very helpful.  They accomodated us for an early arrival and did everything they could to make our stay comfortable.  We rented the studio apartment and it was great, nice little porch, well appointed!

Stellar

Milfontes is a lovely village and quiet at this time of year. We were under the impression that the rooms all had sea views but only the top level apartment has one. After reading this We opted for the studio which had a large sunny balcony on the bottom floor with direct access to the gate down to the beach. 
The studio was fine for a couple. We stayed four nights. It was relaxing after a busy schedule. The apartments have had an upgrade recently and are well presented. 
The two restaurants next door are quite good and ver convenient. 
Suggestions : replace the pillows, they were terrible. There wasn’t any detergent to wash up or plug. The toaster was very old and there wasn’t a kettle, we heated water in the microwave. 
Would recommend and stay again. Very good value as well. 

Comfort by the sea

Not smooth sailing as we were the first guests after some deep renovation. But all issues were solved promptly.
And the location is simply unbeatable, being as close to the ocean beaches as it is to the river beaches.
