State of the art  Gym with highly professional trainer Victor , very hard working and supportive trainer.

Alway good to train with him !!

I stayed long in this hotel, it is relatively clean and friendly staff. as usual there are ups and down and you have to take it easy with some inconvenient stuff because you can not change where you stay every few days.The service is poor and most important the management is below standards. The hotel is not managed professionally, you feel like you are renting from a landlord and not from a professional hotel. The management all they care about is collecting your money and charge you as much as she could.Even when they have reduced the renting prices and advertise it in the internet they don't tell you and they keep charging you higher price. I complained one time to the management about the TV channels that they have missed it up and i was told it will be fixed..and for nearly a year it has not and every time i ask what's happening..i get all the  silly and childish excuses in earth and nothing was fixed. The WIFI is the worst ever you can experience and with hundreds of times of requests to improve the service and nothing improved. I got stuck in the elevator and the hotel manager response to this accident was..its normal it can happened anywhere and it is not my fault (always not their fault..who's fault then?) This arrogant response and absolute no care for resident safety was more than enough to end my stay at this what called a hotel and moved to stay somewhere else, and how come a luxury hotel (as they advertise) offer once a week cleaning? I am quite disappointed with this place and I won't recommend it to any one.

Terrible and dishonest Management

I've been staying at Le Mirage Executive Residence for nearly 3 months now & plan to continue till my family joins me next year. My 1 bedroom + day room apartment has spacious rooms, a real attached kitchen & comfortable ambience. But the best part till now has been the friendly staff. The negative is the constant traffic snarl around, mainly caused due to the humongous construction site of Downtown Doha across the road. My lack of a car nowadays is a great boon!

Great service. Excellent value for money for long stay.

The hotel is currently under renovation whilst still accepting guests. The works are very noisy and intrusive and at times unbearable. It is not uncommon for noisy construction works to be starting at 6am in themorning so expect an early wake up call, even at weekends! I would not recommend staying her, very tired, very noisy and expensive for the privilidge of staying in essentially a building site.

Dusty and noisy

I stayed here with my wife for a month in December 2013 as was being put up in a hotel by work until I found my own place to rent. The one bedroom apartment we had was really large and had all you would expect of a hotel apartment. The staff were friendly and facilities OK. Wi Fi  is available free but is very slow and did not work all the time. The worst part however is the location as it is next to the large construction site of Downtown Musheireb and also the Doha Metro so there is huge amounts of dust outside almost all the time and due to this construction and roadworks there are no taxis to be found close by. Parking is also a problem and therefore a visitor will be in trouble if coming here on the basis of using metered taxi as a means of transport. They do have a limo service which costs a minimum of QR30 per ride whereas the metered taxi's are only a minimum QR10/ride. While this may be OK for the one off journey it does become expensive if you want to do a lot of trips. 
The souk is close enough to walk to but due to the dust it is not possible. Again, there are no taxis or a taxi rank at souk waquif which is really bad.
Good place to stay but DONT come here if you are relying on taxis as transport or if you want to walk around as the dust and construction makes it a very unpleasant environment to do so.

OK hotel but bad location

I am sad to have left this residence after some 4 months with an unsavoury feeling.  Despite me re-newing each month and no full well I am a long-term guest, they decided to cash in on the World Climate Change Conference and turf me out - talk about short-sightedness.

Anyway, apart from that, I liked this place,  I chose to move to the back which, although no balcony, avoid at 4am Mosque wake-up call.

The staff are my friends - many a late night chat on my return "home" from the bar.

Nice big apartments.  Good services.  I cant be bothered to cook (takeaways all the way) but the facilities are fine should you desire.

Internet is excellent speed.

Bed is massive.  

Bathroom could do with painting and spruce up.

TV channels are limited but adequate.

Apartment cleaned daily.

I dont do breakfast - it is included but can not comment.

When the new hotel opens next door shortly there should be more dining options but there are plently of local turkish, lebanese, pizza joints about.

You can get slightly cheaper at same quality but i was happy with it so stayed on until they decided they had another of me a told me to sling my hook.

Home

Le Mirage is a nice and clean hotel. The rates can be little bit cheaper but the rooms are quiet, and clean. Big interior space.
