Cosy little guest house not far from astonishingly Alba Carolina Citadel.
Very welcoming and nice personnel, knowledgeable with surroundings - you can take their (not only culinary) advices for granted.
Extremely clean, generous rooms with all 4-stars-like amenities.

Cousy little guest house

We went into a small yard, and parked there.We met a nice woman, and she immediately gave us the keys to the room. What I liked about this place was the atmosphere of the house. The house is made up of rooms and the ground floor underneath the breakfast. The room is large, the laundry and the towels are clean, the cabinets and the towels are plenty, but probably some kind of style. There is a TV and a refrigerator. The bathroom is clean, very little money. Breakfast is at the bottom, paid. I liked that there is a pair of freshly baked houses 👌 and clean vegetables for breakfast.

A very comfortable little hotel in a great location. We had a warm welcome from the host, and breakfast included each day. The room was enormous, the bed comfortable and the shower and bath in the ensuite excellent. Alba Iulia is well worth a visit to see the Citadel, and I would recommend staying at the Marylou Pensuinea.

Great place to stay in Alba Iulia. The Citadel is pretty close, 10-15 minutes by walk. The hotel is clean, cozy and the staff was very friendly. Big variety of food for brekfast. Realy enjoyed it. 5/5 stars for sure.

Excellent b&b structure, large and comfortable room; car parking; the owner is really kind and available; the excellent breakfast (as others have already said on this same site, we really appreciated the fruit centrifuge and espresso coffee).

Great in every way.

The hotel is charming with a modern decoration but with a classic touch. The hotel has its own parking space enough to accommodate all the hotel guests. It is located in a quiet area a short walk from restaurants and about 10 minutes walk from the citadel. The hotel has no elevator, having rooms on the ground floor and first floor that are accessed by stairs. The room where we stayed was on the first floor and was very spacious, comfortable and quiet, with a very wide and comfortable double bedroom, and a spacious and comfortable dining room as well. The breakfast is super-complete with a wide variety of sweets as well as salads. In addition, the staff is constantly on the lookout for anything, from personal sofas to any natural pet requests.

Highly recommanded

I stayed for one night in this pension. The check-in process was fast, the lady at the front desk being very helpful and professional. The room was big and cosy with a large and clean bathroom. The matters was firm and the pillows were nice. Wi-Fi speed is good if you need to catch-up with work. There are about 6 parking spots in the yard and the gate closes during the night. Overall it was a great experience and I certainly recommend this place.

Nice and quiet

Very clean, quiet and in the city centre. Very warm accommodation, perfect English. Lunch very above local standards: superb! Parking available. Ideal for visiting the citadel of Alba-Iulia.

The perfect base for visiting Alba-Iulia

It is a very nice place to stay in Alba. We were surprized about the place. Very nice staff, the room was very clean and big, the bathroom was clean and quite big. Very good breakfast, definitely will come back in the summer with friends.
