The apartment we chose was perfect, two large rooms with double beds, very confy. Nice and clean bathroom, with everything one needs. 
Friendly staff.
The only bad thing was the noise coming from the street.

Like another person said, this hotel doesn't have an elevator. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but I was very happy with our rooms. Wide, spacious, clean indoor spaces. From reception area, to hallways & rooms. I loved it!
Had a small fridge in the room. There's a grocery store close by if you want better prices for your drinks (from hotel door, cross street. Walk through alley. Take left. Grocery store door on street corner to your right. 2 minute walk)
Breakfast was a good selection. If they offer it when you're there, try the eggplant salad. I'm partial to this stuff, but I loved it!
An easy 10 minute walk to the City Citadel (Cetate) - which by the way is amazing ! You'll end up at gate #4, opposite of main entrance (gate 1,2&3). On your way to the Cetate, as you get close, to the left by the apartment buildings, is a restaurant I absolutely loved, Dante. There's a nice little park in front of the Cetate. And across the street from this park is a promenade street (no cars) where we found an amazing little bakery. On the right side of street, your back to Cetate. You'll know you found it when you see the moving figurines in the window. Adorable!
Hotel: they have wifi but I had to go in the hallway for it to work. Not a big issue since they have some very comfortable couches & chairs in the hallway. 
I highly recommend.

Very nice place

Big rooms, close to Cetate

10 minutes walk to the citadel. needs an elevator. if people in other rooms talk loud you can hear them. dont know about the restaurant or the bar. there is a bible in the locker. there is a safe. quiet are even if it is at a crossroads

Money worth

The staff was really nice, parking a litlle bit complicated when you arrive at night, you have to drive around the building.  Many stairs to Go up to the reception and room, no elevator. Location was ok.

Ok for one night

Decent looking hotel, nice stuff and very close to everything you need in the city 
No elevators whatsoever, so it's hard to carry the bags considering that even the lobby and front desk are situated at the second floor. The rooms are big with older type of furniture, but clean and comfortable. We liked it there, we'll stay again.

Close to city center

About 3 km from Citadel, with clean rooms and quite OK breakfast, this hotel is a good choice in Alba if you are looking for something practical.
Staff very professional and nice.
They do not have an elevator, so be careful if you have big luggage.
