Old, tired, filthy under the beds, soft mattresses. Only one towel in a twin room. 
Breakfast was already cold and tired 20 minutes after service started. Bacon was greasy fatty chunks, no meat. And courgette fritters? For breakfast?
Coffee barely drinkable. 
Oh, and cockroaches in the room.

You get what you pay for. The cockroaches are free.

The room was fine, spacious, clean and quiet, the location is decent, good price. But the anti-Covid measures were extremely poor (at breakfast nobody wore mask, neither the customers nor the staff, no disinfectant on the tables), not all the food was covered so a lot of flies were on top of it.

Having visited for lunch on our last visit we returned again for lunch on two occasions and were not disappointed. The buffet lunch is very good value and there is a good choice of food on offer. Quite a few varieties of soup followed by chicken, pork, sausage with rice various styles of potato and then a choice of desserts. We will be back on our next visit to Arad.

Good value lunch

We ate here every day for 4 days whilst visiting Arad. The lunchtime 3 course buffet was very good and a very reasonable price so we returned each day. There was a choice of soup to start, a choice of various meat dishes (chicken, pork, sausage) and potato (mash,wedges) rice and veg and we could return as many times as we wanted. There was only one choice of dessert which was ordered but we were happy with that. The choices were Tirimisu, Lime cake and Nutella or jam pancakes and we were provided with jugs of water. We thoroughly would recommend the Hotel Crisana for lunch.

Lovely lunch buffet.

Great value for money. Nice, quiet specious room. Good size bathroom. There is a buffet for breakfast however the choice is a bit poor ... 
A bit far from a city centre but it is not a big issue ... 
All in all can recommend!

Good value for money!

The hotel is decent, well position, quite close to the tram station and easy to access. Offers open buffet on weekends. The food is ok, not for a vegetarian, though. From that point of view it's quite tricky.

Good for the price you pay

This place wants to be a real 3 stars hotel.. The thruth is this is an acceptable hotel. But that's all there is to it. I had a room situated on the second floor and the smell of food from the restaurant seemed to be present everywhere. If I could feel it on the second floor i wonder how intense could have been on the first floor. The room was poorely furbished. Old furniture and old walls. It seemed and felt like a comunist old hotel that strives to be modern but fails. It was clean but noisy. Situated on the main road to Oradea, traffic is a problem. Breakfast was ok, but no more than this. I was not impressed. It is not an expensive place to stay at  and i guess it could be ok for a transit place. I will probably avoid this hotel in the future. Or maybe i could stay here only if I had no other option. This hotel is not one of  the best in Arad.

Almost average.. Almost..

The structure is located on a street served by several shops and food stalls a little outside the centre of Arad, with parking in front and public.At the entrance there is the restaurant and reception with friendly and available staff,the rooms are very clean and sober and tranquility reigns everywhere.We enjoyed breakfast which is a buffet with many varieties of sweet and salty.I strongly recommend it but consider the distance from the centre,we reached it on foot anyway.

It's a nice place.

I have been visiting this hotel for some years for periodic stays of a few days for work. Easy parking. City centre is also accessible on foot (10 minutes). Spacious and clean rooms and bathrooms at a competitive price. Various and abundant breakfasts. Simple Romanian kitchen restaurant pleasant and well-kept at limited prices.

Great price for sleeping and eating easy.

The price-quality ratio is very good thanks to the reduced price; however, some points need to be improved. Positive points: - room and bathroom sizes above the standard for this price range; - comfortable bed; - closed parking. Points to be improved: - on the menu of the restaurant there are very many dishes; but in reality the choice is really limited. It would be better if the menu was reduced but realistic; - the shower drain is on the bathroom floor; - having warned the receptionist, she did not seem particularly interested (even when the possible damage to the upper floor was mentioned); - other small flaws (for example: a broken glass, then, at the level of the tabletop).
