When you book a hotel, b&b or hostel at the lowest possible Price, you cant expect much. But here, I was greatly surprised. Very clean, nice furniture, plenty space, exellent wifi and a good bathroom. And for 95 Lei (20€), not 114 as booking writes.
No breakfast, but refrigerator and a Big supermarked across the street. Tramway to the center outside the door (3 Lei - 60cent) every 5-10 minutes

Very welcoming host! Big rooms with balcony on the 1st floor, new & modern furniture, air conditioning, hair dryer, clean and big bath, good value for money for 1 night stay through Austria. Highly recommended. The only minus was the parking, not enough space. The parking is free upon availability and depends on the arrival time. 

Very nice small hotel in Arad. Everything was OK , the price was good , the staff were nice and helpful . Breakfast was little but good enough . At this price it is a great place to stay. Also they have a small but useful parking.

Direct link by tram to the trainstation. A Kaufland supermarket near. 30 min walk to the city center. small shops near. Good for 1-2 nights to stay. Price very good, staff polite. You can pay with the credit card.

Pensiunea Johanna was easy to find. Good for one night stay, good value for money. Room was ok. Staff was nice. Good Wifi, Parking. We arrived at midnight and there was someone at the front desk waiting for us :)

As for minuses:
1) The room was not as clean as we expected: the bathroom door, bathroom walls.
2) Breakfast not as consistent as we expected
3) No power outlets in the room for charging your phone. (Only power outlets were for TV, for AC and one in the bathroom)
4). We could hear the traffic from the street at night even if all windows were closed.

Average stay

Parking a little bit difficult, the wifi is free but hardly usable as the signal is not strong enough. The room was clean but average, walls thin enough to hear the neighbors. Located at the edge of the city, near a gas station, at least 15-20 minutes walk to any place that provides a decent meal. Nothing special, just a place to stop and sleep.

One night stay

A terrible experience for me. Even though the price was low, I don’t think it’s acceptable to have dirty sheets and miserable conditions. It’s bearable for one night…but for more than one night…that’s just cruel! Again, your experience might be different and you may get a better room but there’s a possibility you won’t so be prepared if you choose this location… even though I advise you not to.

Worst host ever. He wanted to take advantage of the late hour I've arrived to check in. I've booked a triple room over the phone. When arrived we were handed the keys from a double and expected me to pay for a triple. I've asked for an extra one person bed, denied my request and insisted that I have to pay for a triple room without the benefit of the room. After several times that I've asked to explain why I should pay extra for a service that wasn't provided, while my family were in the room getting ready for sleep,  the man from the front desk started to shout scream to vacate the room " now". I've had other bad experiences in my travels but this is the worst by far. 

Avoid

So I made a booking for a one night stay via booking.com 
The place is bad, overall, with some cleanliness in the room though. Staff's attitide is poor at best, they make you feel unwelcomed, from the moment you set foot on the door. Details about it mentioned own parking but after payment was made, you receive a message stating parking is very limited and subject to availability. They send you accross the street in a hypermarket's parking lot to park. The retailer has no obligation to allow you to park there. Bedsheets had some spots, not very clean, bathroom in fair condition, although it needs refurbishment. Room furniture is the cheapest you can find, with repairs done to it over and over again. Bed uncomfortable, but you can sleep in it eventually. Overall, I'm sorry to say but this place, in my opinion is a NO NO! 

Not to mention that shortly after posting my review on booking.com I received a phone call from the owner, demanding explanations for my review, and being sarcastic with me regarding my expectations. 

It's useless to have professional pictures taken to the rooms mister owner, to have them look great and appealing to visitors. Yes, you get people to come to your hotel by doing this, but you also have to suffer the bad reviews afterwards. Because people don't find at your hotel what they've seen in pictures.
