The pension is a good place to stay for one night.
The parking yard is ok for 4-5 cars, the rooms are small with thin wall so you could hear your neighbor taking at the phone.
But is clean, is located near the exit of Arad so for one night it is an alternativ. 

Just for one night

It should have more stars than it does! The triple room we had was absolutely spotless, decorated with taste and spotless linen and towels. Private courtyard with a garden at the back, quiet and very very clean. The breakfast had plenty choice of food and excellent strong coffee! Very friendly hosts ! 

Fantastic place, Spotless!

We arrived here at 12.30 in the night - we had stated that we would be arriving that late. The owner was letting another guest into the gated parking area, he pointed to the (small) trailer we were towing and shook his head, refusing to let us into the car parking area - on the website it states that free secure parking requires no reservation. I told him we had booked a room but he just kept pointing to the trailer shaking his head. It also states on the website that they speak English but it was very obvious this is not the case - we were stuck in the middle of a strange city in the middle of the night with no where to go and we ended up sleeping in the car with our son, it was a very distressing experience.

Refused entry at 12.30 in the night!

The pension is on the main road to Deva outside Arad, so it's easy to reach. Has a courtyard with free parking. Rooms are kind of small, but clean. The walls are very thin so you might hear pleasant or unpleasant things from your neighbours. 
For a small price it offers breakfast, which was ok.
All in all, worth staying and I woukd recommend for transit (in or out of Romania).
