Just received an email update from Conacul Bratescu and immediately remembered so many fabulous memories our my stays there in October 2017 and 2019. The inn is lovely, the staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our 3 days visits. The location is serene. Food was fantastic, we still consider the breakfasts to be some of the best we had in Europe, dinners were delicious too. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and charming. The attention to detail and focus on traditional Romania culture is impressive. Perfect location to stroll around the lovely village of Bran. To top it all off, we felt the pricing was very reasonable for an inn of this high caliber. We hope to make it back for a visit to Concacul Bratescu from Canada again. I would highly recommend a stay at this manor!

The stay was amazing, all clean and the staff very polite. Traditional Romanian breakfast is a must try for everyone that is checking in at Conacul Bratescu. 
Definetly this is a place where I will return.

It was beautiful, inside and out. Our hosts were amazing and were there with whatever you needed. A true Romanian feel with attention to detail.they have a wonderful menu with lots of choices even veggi options. We loved it. 

An amazing  treasure of an Inn

Excellent location as we walked to castle and center of town. Hotel is tucked away from the crowded streets but close enough to everything.  The room was large with 2 beds and a balcony for family stay. Breakfast was amazing. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone. 

Perfect hotel

I have been staying for 3 nights at this amazing mansion. Everything was just great! The room, the restaurant, and the terrace outside with lovely views of the forrest and surroundings.
Rooms are very clean and elegant and the lady comes every day to make up the room and bring fresh towels.
The staff were very polite and friendly so we felt trully cared after. Very delicious breakfast with a la carte omeletts or eggs.
Overall great experience and for sure I will be back again.

Amazing place with beautiful surroundings

I had a lovely stay at Conacul Bratescu: accomodation very cozy and unique, the view is absolutely great, the rooms are very clean, the food is great, I did not want to try another restaurant around as here the food was amazing. Also, a very important aspect is that  Bran Castle is only 500 meters away :). Radu Bratescu - the owner made us feel welcome as we were part of his family. Entire staff is very attentive and also very friendly with children. As this was a 4 day business trip, I am willing to spend some time there with my children as well. I do highly recommend this place, one of the few at this quality in Romania ( especially Bran area).

Perfect Atmosphere & Perfect Vacation @Conacul Bratescu

An amazing hotel, situated into a beautiful area, so close to Bran castle. The room was beautiful, cozy and clean. The food was delicious and the personel was very friendly and accomodating. A place that it's a must to stay in.

I was heartbroken having to leave this beautiful home away from home..the owner Radu treats you like family instead of a guest. The beds were extremely comfy, the rooms were big, the scenery is gorgeously haunting, and walking to the village and the castle is like 10 minutes. You are close to everything. I have to point out that staying here in this mansion you feel like royalty. I travel a lot to many countries and hands down this bed and breakfast is the best I have stayed in. The food is really good from rib eye steaks to Romanian traditional dishes.
I wanted to note that Vlad was more like a butler with exceptionally kind humble demeanor. He was the other reason we felt like we were at home as if he was one of our own brothers...He is super sweet, and will help with anything you need like you are family to him. We were sad leaving but will come back again soon. If I could give 10 stars I would.

Romantic Romanian Getaway

Very close to Bran Casle in a quiet area. The food is great and the services as well.
The rooms are clean and comfortable. Child friendly hotel.We’ve been there twice this year and for sure we will return.

Excellent location, food and services

The place is really beautiful and the staff is amazing, very polite and always helpful. The food is great, as well, so try anything and I'm sure you'll love it. The only thing that's not so good, is the road. The main street is hardly damaged, full of mud and potholes, so you have to be very carefull with your car. Also, the small alley is very narrow from the main street till the place.
