Located with an amazing view of the mountains, the hotel is very nice.
The rooms are big enough, with a lot of natural light, clean and with all the needed amenities.
Bathrooms are nice decorated and with everything inside.
You can have a romantic dinner on site for a liftime memory.
Recommended.

excellent small hotel

I totally recommend it! Suitable for couples, but also for families with children. Very clean, extra friendly staff + amazing breakfast + nice manager. You need to use the car if you want to get to Bran's centre. 

Excellent!

We were a group of 18 people and it was not our best experience in Bran. It was cold in the night because they closed the heating. They didn't open the heater that was outside and didn't give us a reason for that. He didn't let us even move the tables so that all of us could have sat together. The only thing that was good was the breakfast, it was rich and good. I don't recommend this hotel. 

Rude owner

I visited it in a weekend with a bunch of friends, we rented allt rooms.
I ll tell you, in my opinion, the +'s and -'s we encountered:

1. The owner is not kind at all. He doesn t know what is the difference between pleasing the client and talking to him like it s an idiot. We asked him to do something with the heating "mushroom" from the terrace, we re smokers and it s very cold outside, he had one of those, and he didn t want to do anything, it was an extra cost.
2. It s the first villa that i saw in my life that doesn t have a barbecue outside, in the courtyard. When we asked if he could bring one from a neighbour or something, he said he doesn t like the idea. How can you try to please a client answering like that? He didn t even apologize for this incovenient. We have also told him we can buy one, not a chance, he didn t like this idea either.
3. The place isn t 5* at all, it s very expensive 230 ron/night for those rooms. If he thinks he has a chimney and breakfast, which is good by the way, he can say those are 5* we recommend him to travel more and see different conditions. It was more a 3* villa.

4. At 02:00 am was very hot inside, the heat was turned on, and 3 hours later we were freezing, the heat was barely turned on.
5. At 01 a clock am the door was locked, we couldn t go out to buy liquors and drinks.
6. The mini-bar from the room is very poor, 2 bottles of water, 2 cans of coke and one sprite.
7. They don t have a jacuzzi or swimming pool.

2. The employees were very kind and helpful.
3. It is kind of close to the center.
4. The place is very clean.



Nice place, the owner is a wreck

The breakfast was tasty and various, the room and the bathroom were big and clean and the view from the balcony was amazing. People are nice and ready to help you with any kind of information and the price for everything is very good.
