The woman at the reception was very nice and helpful. The hotel was good value for money. We were in a quite part of town but had a few restaurants nearby. It had parking and a lift. The swimming pool was nice. Nice view from the balcony.

Quite hotel, nice view

Very disappointed for the staff specially from the reception lady very rude and the owner didn't care about the problem .  We wait for the check-in half an  hour and for check-out more than one hour.  Very disappointed i will never go back.  
The jacuzzi didn't work.  
The breakfast was good

Nice location , but : 
-the room was too expensive for what it has to offer. 
-the shower is suck in one possition
-air contitioning doesnt work
-the balcony dors/windows had no bug protection 
-the balcony is not maintainined 
-poor breakfast

We stayed here 4 days, the hotel is great because it is on an alley so there is far from the city noise. It is close to the city center, the staff are very nice people, ready to help, the pool and sauna very, very clean, the water was great. The breakfast simply delicious. I definetly reccomand it.

Wonderful

We were 7 friends. We booked this hotel for a weekend. Service was really good. The rooms are spacious. Pool, jacuzzi and sauna are small and can be crowded.
Close to the city center but a bit uphill/ downhill, to go by foot.
Excellent brealfast, everything was fresh.
The hotel needs some maintenance to be done.
But overall we had a really good stay there.

Good hotel, friendly stuff

We took two rooms for five nights. In both rooms the air condition didn't work and they practically did nothing about it. The rooms were not clean. The ceiling was dripping! The shower had poor water pressure. The pool is close for two hours in the afternoon every day. The hot tub is cold.
Some good things- the staff is nice and breakfasts are good and the location is great.

Hidden away between woods, high up.  Good spacious and clean rooms.  Reception polite and friendly.  Breakfast buffet simple and tasty.  Good coffee. There are good restaurants in the immediate vicinity.   Recommended

Hi I have been 4 days in this hotel.The spa doesn't work properly. The sauna is broken people at the reception told as many different thing about the spa that we don't know which of the story we have to trust.This hotel doesn't have the value of 4 Star Hotel.

Holiday 

This typically family hotel offers you a big room and some extra small spa facilities. The pictures reflect the hotel and indeed there is a nice view of the city from some rooms. The breakfast is served with an extra care of the owner(she is doing everything here. Reception, cooking etc). Nice location for a nice stay.
