Brasov

Very nice small hotel. Sandor is really good manager and very gently person. Hotel is 10 minutes on foot to the downtown, and black church. Roms are simple but comfort, and bathrooms are new and realy good. Hotel is super clean, for breakfast you chose every day what you want to eat tomorrow and they prepare it for you, fresh and delicous. meals are not so big, but they are ok. in front of hotel is bus station, but you didint hear busses or people, street is not big, and small number of cars pass there. Hotel has his own parking in front of it. I will recomended it to everyone who stay in this beautifull city.

Cool pension in nice neighbour

A family boarding house. Excellent service, very attentive. Clean. Very good breakfast. Recently renovated. Well located, very close to the Historic Center. It has its own parking at a very good price. I will definitely be back.

Very nice place.

The first positive thing is that the rooms were very clean and the boarding house is not far from the old town. Unfortunately, the rooms are not equipped correctly, there is no minibar, you ask for a parking space of 18 lei (parking on the street), 10 meters further away the parking space is free. A room with breakfast was booked, you tried to calculate the breakfast twice. The escape is not indicated and the smoke detector is defective. Safety is faulty.

personal not friendly , rooms dirty, insects under the bed. high prices for the place. to be avoided. away from the center, you have to walk in the road dark. near a noisy Street, many cars difficult to sleep.

dirty, don't go there

The apartment is located in the center of Brasov a few steps (10 minutes) from the main square and the heart of the city. The structure is modern, the rooms are almost all double spacious and well maintained, the cleaning is impeccable. The bathroom of my room had no window but only a ventilation fan. The furniture was old, only note bad the shower plate that lit up, the discharge was definitely clogged. Gentle and available staff.

We so enjoyed our stay here. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. They provided us with info about sites, restaurants, directions. Also took us out on day trips to neighboring cities to see Bran Castle, Peles Castle, LiBEARty Sanctuary, ride the cable cars in Poiana Brasov and Busteni, and more (additional fee, but WELL worth it)! It's located within walking distance of all the Brasov sites on the Walking Tour map. Also located at a bus stop and across street from Romanian restaurant. They called us just before we arrived at train station to tell us what bus to take. Very quiet and safe area. Quiet room. We also enjoyed breakfast every morning. It's an additional fee, but worth it. Our room was very clean and comfortable. No bugs. Heat and hot water work very well. No complaints from us! Would definitely stay here again! Would recommend to friends.

No Complaints! Recommend! 

I have booked small family app. It was a disaster. The room have no window. Existing one is opened for the inner corridor in which there is a place for sitting and smoking.
The room is dark and looks like a dirty shelter. Photos on the booking.com are made in such a way that you can't see this disadvantages. I have visited Brasov for two nights stay. We reached the place in late afternoon. Very nice lady at the reception desk showed us the room and ,what a mistake, we accepted it. Perhaps because of being tired and hungry. Night was terrible. At the front of our "window" guys were discussing something in Romanian, sitting drinking beer and smoking cigars. They weren't loud and they were at the proper and even marked place to do such an activity, so we have decided to hold out this night. Next day after awakening at 7 a.m. by the same guys going for a breakfast we have decided to stop it and I phoned booking.com .In the meantime we have a discussion with the same lady at the reception desk who understood us in 100%. In the end she gave us back the money for both nights and helped us in moving to very nice hotel located at the same square. The price for one night there was equal to price for two nights in the pension but quality of stay was 1000% better. Beside of very nice behavior of receptionist I don't recommend stay in small apartment in this pension even if the price will be symbolic.

Big mistake

The pension is 5 minutes away from the city centre, in Unirii square. The square is very quiet and next to the pension is a nice restaurant. However, the furniture in the rooms was very old and the TV was not working properly. Also the walls were so thin that you could hear what other guests in the other rooms were speaking. 
I was also disappointed by the fact that the parking had a separate fee and was not included in the price of the room.
Despite all this, the staff was very nice and polite and also the rooms were cleaned every day. 
I would reccommend it if you are on a budget and need a place to stay in Brasov.

Clean pension

The guest house is located close to the historical sights of Brasov. The parking lots are on the opposite side of the road (airline about 10m) and are very well visible from the rooms to the side of the road. On the same side there is an excellent Romanian restaurant, which I can also only recommend. The hotel staff are very friendly and hospitable. The rooms are clean and the bathroom was always very pleasantly tempered. The equipment of the rooms is better than the price at first suggests. In short, on my next trip I will stay there again.

Best price-to-reading ratio

We must consider that it is a boarding house and has no hotel facilities. Breakfast I do not recommend. It takes too much time to wait and it is not much. Moreover, the day before and in modest quantities are chosen. Clean and well-heated rooms. There is the widespread problem of electrical outlets in Romania that are placed uncomfortably and unreachable.
