We were very comfortable with the hotel. It was very nice for the price we paid for the very large, well-located room. The children's bed sill was not very comfortable to me but they didn't complain. The basic air conditioning was inside our bedroom so we couldn't close the door for the children to get air. What we liked most about the hotel was the attention of the staff.

The hotel has a familiar atmosphere and the attention is very effective and pleasant.The rooms are comfortable and are serviced every day.There are no exwgeras and we got what we were looking for.The location is very convenient and you can enjoy a warm view of Mount Tampa. Very satisfied.

Excellent experience and excellent service.

The room was very cold and very small. The breakfast was very small and expensive. Too expensive for what they offer. This should be a maximum 2 stars...and not even that much.
I do not recomend it. Poor staff and poor conditions

We stayed two nights (100 euros / night) in this hotel located far from the city center. Home not very warm. We walked up the three floors with suitcases as no elevator. The room has no shutter and the curtains are very light. In the morning at 6 o'clock the room is flooded by the sun so impossible to sleep. The room is not cleaned and the beds are not made.
Can not pay with the card only in cash and without invoice! The owner thus pays neither VAT nor tax ...
This hotel is to run away, there is a lot of hotel in Brasov this one is without the worst.

To summarize: rooms, bathrooms that smell bad and sewer clogged, old and fat woman has a very unpleasant reception the full: they made us pay for breakfast even though we didn't consume it!

Forget about this hotel.

Placed in a quiet neighborhood, discret, far from the city noise. Good food, nice restaurant, pleasant staff, but not to good trained. The cleaning of the rooms cand be better done, also of the small common places should be more carefull cleaned.
Rate services/price very low.

For the rate, you can't really complain too much here.  The hotel seemed clean when we arrived, but once I got to the room I wasn't too sure.  The rooms were carpeted and in need of an update.  The bed cover (not sure if i can call it a comforter) and curtains also needed to be replaced.  The breakfast was OK, i'm sure it would have been better if we didn't arrive late when half the stuff was gone. Each room has a balcony, which is nice and the area around the hotel is very quiet (except for the new construction during the day).  The WiFi is password protected, so make sure to get the passwords.

Good enough

We were looking for accommodation for one night and went to ask if they had a room for 3 people. The girl at the reception was very kind and quickly gave us a large and very quiet room. We took the room with breakfast and it was very good. The employee who served us breakfast was also very kind and we arranged the breakfast by playing music in Spanish... ) It is not a central hotel but if you are looking for cleanliness, tranquility and kindness of staff, I recommend it.

Lovely personal.

I strongly recommend this  hotel.It is located in a  quiet part of town, the  staff  is  very  friendly and  ready to accommodate  every  wish .The  rooms  are  comfortable  and with  a great view of the  garden.The restaurant will offer you a great variety of dishes of the Romanian and international cuisine.It is  surely a  great choice for  a traveler.

I strongly recommend it

1- The arrival was fatal of 3 trips for accommodation delivery, I lost the whole afternoon in this and when I delivered it was not ready, a foreigner complained and said that he would go to the portals and explain that no for me to be Dominican and defend the industry without fire, no cabin more explanations if you want to know more ask him and I send him a lot of constructive criticism.
