As of September 2014, Lagonissi is under new management. We can't give a review of the rooms, as we were staying at the City Garden Hotel on the same street and just stopped into Lagonissi for breakfast. The decor and ambiance are pleasant and rustic. The food is honest: they do a satisfactory omelette and a reasonable pasta. Service is friendly and attentive. The prices are reasonable. Like 99% of the restaurants in Bucharest, it is a smoking place; as non-smokers, we were lucky to find a table in the corner where we were not bothered by cigarette smoke.
