Stayed here for two nights and I noticed bite marks on my arm. Checked the bed I was on and noticed they have bed bugs. There’s no excuse for that whatsoever. The rooms are poorly maintained with old appliances. Don’t depend on the WiFi because it barely works. The only reason they have 2 stars because the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful.

Beware of bed bugs

Our Airbnb host left us stranded in Cluj (never actually cancelled our booking but failed to reply to any messages and didn't answer the phone) so we booked Seven Hotel just  hours before checking in. The hotel itself is nothing special but fairly priced and not far from city centre.

Last second life-saver.

We booked this hotel through booking, and the worst choice we could not make was a room on the second floor without an elevator, approximate cleaning, no staff, and a bad breakfast, if you wanted some milk, you wouldn't know who to ask, never to come back.

Unfortunate Choice

The ladies working in this restaurant need some
Training on how to talk to guests and take orders. I had to grab by own menu, take my own beverage from the fridge and asked her numerous times if we are able to order food. We were never acknowledged as guests and the waitress just ignored us the whole time. This level of idiocity was a first for me.

Worst customer service at restaurant

Close to the train station. At the top of a hill. Near CFR footbal stadium. Easy acces to city center. Nice rooms and services. Don t know about breakfast. Cheap price. Second choice when I want to visit Cluj.

Nice

The hotel is very badly maintained, with dirty and old towels, smelly rooms, filthy carpet. The breakfast was just ok, nothing to remember. But they really need to focus on cleaning up that place. And a smile will also go a long way ;(

Poorly maintained hotel

We (family of 4) wanted to stay there for 5 nights but gave up after two. Don't even know where to start. Smelly bathroom, poor breakfast options, no elevator, no parking spaces (free wherever you can on the sidewalk), 25-30 minutes walk from main square.
Definitely a poor choice.

Don't recommend it

Friendly staff, professional bar lady, friendly, Italian speaking, score 1 to 10 (10). Very good cook who also speaks Italian. Room 717 spacious is very clean. Bathroom satisfactory. Price slightly higher than other hotels with 3 stars.

A poor hotel that doubles the price on Saturday, spreads like it's near the center that you get to instead only by your own vehicle or by taxi, says it has private parking included in the non-existent price or reserved for a few, play with the exchange at the time of the bill

Doubled price

The rooms are large, 10 minutes' walk from the city centre but the design is a bit old-fashioned.
