We arrived way earlier than the check-out noon time but we stayed at the beach, had a meal and then we checked-in

Room was fairly big with renovated furniture and bed. The balcony on the other hand did not look renovated but it was spacious enough for 1 person as the AC unit was also housed there

AC was locked or some sort because i could not get to a very chilly temperature to quickly cool things down. Running water was very hot.

We did not have any laundry changed over the stay. We did have wi-fi, but did not test it as the 4G+ signal was enough to use the mobile data connection.

We had full board with BF+a fixed budget for the HB. We did eat well and the food was good and we stayed within the budget.

The only thing is that the people at the reception could use a bit more courtesy. 
The beach is right across the street and 15 minutes walk on either side to the "telegondola" ends.

good value for the money

Location is good, got a room with a beautiful view over the lake, away from traffic. 
Nice modern fitted room, good note for cleanliness and amenities. A plus for the car parking, during high season is very hard to find a parking place.
Careful and supportive staff, even if we had the surprise of a maid entering our room, while we were asleep. Therefore we suggest to put some "Do not disturb" signs.
Overall, a good choice for Mamaia, and I definitely recommend it!

Cozy, lovely boutique hotel!

We came to a nearby hotel for a wedding but after we were not satisfied with our stay we decided to grab a few rooms in this hotel and everything was perfect, the service was nice the staff were very polite and very well-trained, we also had a price match on the Booking.com rate . There is plenty of parking and amazing views, very big balconies for smokers and the showers are huge, we would absolutely come back and totally recommend! 

Absolutely stunning hotel and impeccable service

The room is basic and not very large. Some rooms have a smell so you better check first.The sheets and towels were clean, room was clean but it had its oversights. Breakfast was good, good selection for breakfast but the terrace was not very clean, chairs were dirty, tables the same.
The staff could use some training in hotel procedures, first we got a room and when we entered we could see someone was staying there as it had other peoples' stuff inside. we got back at the reception but they said it was not possible, they had to come with us and see by themselves. It was possible. The last day, at 7 o clock in the morning they came at the door and asked us when are we going to check out. So I would call that rude... Stuff not very helpful or kind. The hotel has a very good location a nice surroundings and with some little effort the services offered could be satisfying.

There are better options at same price or lower

It's a clean hotel! The staff are friendly and smiling all the time! You feel like home! 
We recommend this hotel! It has a beautiful view on the lake! Breathtaking. 
Quiet and so relaxing! 
The breakfast is very delicious!

A good hotel and lovely Staff

We stayed in this hotel out of season (05/17) so there were maybe only 20% of rooms occupied. The rooms are spacious enough and we had a nice view on the lake nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was also OK  - of course no buffet due to low number of guests in time of our stay.
