I have stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and never have I had toilet paper, even if I asked for it twice and although I was excited to see that they welcomed me with chocolate and cookies, I saw that the chocolate bars were expired long before I even had the idea to come to Craiova.
The rooms were relatively clean and most of the staff was good, but the overall conditions are not proper for a 3 stars hotel and I would not come here again.

Very poor accomodation and expired food

Andres Hotel is close to the city centre (a 15 minutes walk), offering spacious rooms with spacious bathrooms, free Wi-Fi, and  decent breakfast. The rooms look good, also the hotel and breakfast room, mini bar, LCD TV, air conditioning. On the downside, the amenities were very scarce, with almost no liquid soap and no cleaning during the 2 nights stay. Breakfast was decent. The overall felling was good, with some improvements needed on the service side. If you travel by car you can park in front of the hotel or on the street were is a free public parking.

A decent place to stay in Craiova!

It is an average 3* hotel. The room and bathroom was clean and quite large. Thebbreakfast very good with local food. The hotel is at about 15min walk from the old town. However there were some unpleasent aspexts as well: The heating was coming from the AC so and unfortunately it was noisy. The staff not too friendly, but unfriendly either. There was no hot water at some point but the staff was very efficient and solved it in less then half an hour.

Good price, very clean, friendly, good food, to repeat, near the center and the Nicolau Romanescu Park, recommended, especially at Christmas. Close to the museums in the city center.

When I arrived at about 10pm in the evening... the room on the first floor, it was good that there was no elevator. Wi-Fi line can be said to be absent... I rarely could connect. A poor blanket very light without the possibility of having a slightly heavier blanket. But well... sweat, flooded floor. Water came out of the shower box... the next morning, I go down for breakfast, horror. I'm Italian, used to a coffee, cornetto... c was just a breakfast based on eggs, worstel, ham, salami, torture... you have to think about other habits too.

But... if that's the case, it's fine.

Well positioned hotel in craiova, good for quick stop over if you are not to fussy. Actually if you are a friend of the wildlife and enjoy the great outdoors you will love this place and this city. A couple of stray dogs around the hotel and a couple of bugs in the room might give you a hint of Live Nat Geo in your room. PS the sheets have been replaced with one of those matters covered for that extra feeling of camp life indoor 

One night stay

When we arrived in our rooms, our first impression was that we entered a simple and clean place. The bathroom has nothing to do with the room: very classy! It may have been recently renovated. The beds are simple and comfortable. The hotel is well situated, the reception staff very hospitable. A little less still for a rather poor breakfast. I will return without hesitation.

It's a good hotel.

If you like to enjoy service like communistic times: book this hotel. The rooms are not clean, behind the bed you find the rubbish of centuries and about the bathroom I do not speak: it is too disgusting. The breakfast is extremely poor. We had to call 10 minutes for a service person for ordering a coffee. The coffee was delivered after 12 (!!!) minutes. If you like to see how the service was in communistic times: look to the lady who will deliver coffee or bring additional bred: no single word, no "good morning", no question what we wish. It is really unbelievable. The length of the bar is 1 meter. The length of the reception 1 meter too. No elevator. If you look below the bed sheets you will see some disgusting surprises. The promotional lighting outside of the hotel is red like a  brothel and in so far my advice: AVOID THIS HOTEL ABSOLUTELY!!!!!!!!!

Service like in communistic times

We stayed at this hotel during a visit to the nearby Ford factory, a hotel near the center of Craiova, friendly staff and a clean place, the only sin that unfortunately has nothing to do with the hotel: a tide of stray dogs that don't make you close your eyes at night...

Comfortable in the center

....I chose this facility on a business trip, because it was conveniently located 500 meters from my destination, the hotel is quite new and very clean, there are several car seats available outside, the rooms are really huge (I stayed in number 17)....the bathroom is very large, but it suffers from the lack of the shower or a tent to avoid flooding everything, the comfortable bed and the room is sufficiently well drained and bright, the restaurant is excellent, the really hospitable staff really does everything to satisfy the guests, the breakfast is plentiful and of good quality, some negative notes....the elevator is missing, the water box was continuously dripping, the lights were not, the free Wi-Fi and the room was often very good, but unfortunately the ratio was very good, and the quality of this hotel is also very low, and I'm sure you'll notice that this is a very good point, and I'm sure you'll notice that this is a very good point, because the quality of the hotel is also very poor, and I'm sure you'll know that the quality of the hotel is very low, and I'm
