A little gem on the bank of a Danube tributary away from hectic life. Dorian & Florin give personal attention to any guest requirements and provide delightful meals on request. Our spotless room overlooked the river from a florally decorated balcony. Dorian is an accomplished chef who would compete with any "bake-off" contender with a variety of tasty homemade dishes using fresh local produce from the river or smallholdings. Misty early morning boat trips with Florin around the backwaters will be remembered forever. Our leaving present of homemade sour cherry jam has almost been devoured so will have to return sometime to indulge in that again as well as the cherry liquor after fish prepared on the river bank and served in various styles.
